Faasos has hands down one of the best DIY paneer classic wraps I have ever tasted! The freshness of the ingredients in the wrap was outstanding and the paneer was cooked to perfection. Along with the wrap, I also ordered a side of wedges which were crispy and seasoned perfectly. This breakfast meal was a perfect start to my day and I can't wait to order from Faasos again. The combination of flavors and the quality of food definitely makes Faasos stand out as one

He craved Kimchi Fried Rice… and you know I had to add my desi twist ?️✨
Faasos Teekha Chaska is my not-so-secret hack for that extra spicy, chatpata flavour ?

Here’s how I made it:

Ingredients:
? 2 cups Cold cooked rice
? Kimchi (with a little juice)
? Gochujang
?️ 2-3 sachets of Faasos Teekha Chaska
? 4-5 Chopped garlic
? 1 Onion + green chilli
?️ 1 tbsp Soy sauce
? Fried egg (for topping)
? Spring onions & sesame seeds (optional)

Steps:
1️⃣ Heat a little sesame oil (or any oil you have).
2️⃣ Add chopped garlic, onion & green chilli. Sauté till soft.
3️⃣ Stir in kimchi and cook for 2-3 mins.
4️⃣ Add gochujang, soy sauce + Faasos Teekha Chaska. Mix well.
5️⃣ Toss in your cold cooked rice. Stir till everything’s coated and glossy.
6️⃣ Add a little kimchi juice and 1 tbsp of sesame oil for extra flavour (optional but ?).
7️⃣ Top with a fried egg, sprinkle spring onions & sesame seeds.

And done. This one turned out insane — spicy, chatpata and sir-approved ?

Dont worry , no need to add any salt or pepper that teekha chaska is EVERYTHING

Recipe for Potato Noodles in Chilli Oil.

Made from actual boiled potatoes and tossed in hot, @faasos Teekha Chaska chilli oil, these chewy noodles are glossy, spicy, and stupidly addictive.

Recipe?

Noodles (about 12-14 chonkybois):

•⁠ ⁠300g boiled potatoes (peeled + mashed smooth)
•⁠ ⁠90g cornstarch or potato starch
•⁠ ⁠1 tsp salt

Knead into a warm, smooth dough. Roll into thick ropes. Steam for 14 mins until translucent.

Teekha Chaska Chilli Oil -
In a bowl, add:
•⁠ ⁠2 tsp Faasos Teekha Chaska
- 1.5 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder (for the color)
•⁠ ⁠2 tsp soy sauce
•⁠ ⁠6-7 cloves garlic, minced
- Spring onion greens, chopped
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Heat 60g oil until shimmering and pour over the bowl. Mix the sizzling mixture and cover it. Let it steep for atleast 30 minutes

Toss the steamed noodles off the heat in this oil until they’re glossy and fully coated.

Serve with extra sesame and chopped spring onions.

Inhale in 3.98 seconds.
