I had a great experience at the Bata showroom in Alappuzha. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention to Jobin, who assisted us during our visit. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us choose the right footwear. Overall, very good customer service and a pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommended.
