What A Scam, wish i had a option for negative ratings. So we went ro their newly build RC grand hotel where Mr Prem ( dont ever trust this guy) shwon us a room in ground floor and taken money. After he received money he informed that geyser are not working and put all the blame to me that why i have not asked this before payment. Then he told i can arrange for another hotel, Hotel RC, worst hotel. Even of you go and search blindfolded, i am prety much sure you will find better hotel than this one.
We had no other choice but to stay, so its my advice never visit this both RC grand and RC hotel of you dont want to get scammed.

Hope this will help few people to make their decision.

I had a very bad and humiliating experience at Hotel RC. At the reception, after checking my ID, the staff started guessing and asking about my religion, which was completely irrelevant, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. When my answer didn’t match his assumption, he refused to give me a room without any valid reason. This is clear discriminatory behavior and against basic hospitality ethics .I strongly don't recommend this hotel to anyone !!

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The manager seems to be drunk and talks too much. Moreover, neither the TV is working, nor the Wi-Fi, nor the food.
When I complained, the manager said that the owner is not taking any action.

"My first experience at Hotel RC was appalling. The manager was visibly drunk and behaved in an utterly unacceptable manner. The room lacked ventilation, the AC was non-functional, and there was no RO water. There is absolutely nothing redeeming about Hotel RC; it deserves a zero rating."
Concise and Critical

Avoid Hotel RC at all costs! From the moment I arrived, the staff displayed incredibly poor behavior. It was a nightmare: no working AC in the heat, no drinking water available because the
hand pump was broken, and the room was filthy and stuffy with zero ventilation. This was an absolutely miserable stay. I will never step foot in Hotel RC again."

It is a very good hotel, the conversation quality is also very good, Prem and Rahul ji, I have been here many times, I have always got good service

Mujhe maza nhi aaya, It is not worth the money at all !! If you are going there for the first time then they will give you very bad service!!

We asked 10 times to provide us blanket but her didnt gave, and there will be a power cut 5times a day. This hotel is for couples only for 2 hrs, iykwk.

Good behaviour by Prem and Rahul Bhai
Both of them are helpful friendly and suggest genuine things
They do t focus only on money they genuinely honestly help people with their their good talks

Rooms are basic and small but comfortable and very budget friendly
They will arrange good auto for full day visiting city

Rooms are very small.
No ventilation.
Washrooms are even smaller.
There are no fan regulators.
No geyser.
Mosquitoe issue.
My room had small rats too.
They don't even provide RO water.

Not what we were expecting. Below ordinary experience. Won't really refer this hotel to any friend.

Great experience😍 lovely staff, quite and pleasant atmosphere in the hotel.... Must visit 😊prem agarwal ji  welcome the guest with the warm behavior, sweet persons, everything is easily accessible ,they also had a restaurant service, wonderful experience😍 people must try this for staying with your partner or family👪

They people are excellent welcomed us so greet ful Rahul manager is quite mannered and desperately doing his duty quickly working all on need's, rooms were absolutely clean bathrooms are great strongly recommended. Hotel R.C full files all a visitors wants

Everything was good except room service  a bit  late if ask for something but still value for money had a single night family stay here hotel manager is very much humble and generous

The rooms are extremely tiny and not clean.
Basic toiletries should be available. The blankets and bedsheets should be clean per standard.

Visited Prayagraj and was looking for a good stay. Rc hotel fulfilled my wish, had a very good and comfortable stay here, very nice generous and helpful staff. Fully recommend totally satisfied worth my stay and money. Always staying here whenever seeking for a hotel in Prayagraj.
