Upkar Cafe

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Upkar Cafe and I must say, the spring roll I ordered was half good. The presentation was good and the filling was flavorful, but I was slightly disappointed with the texture of the wrapper. However, the rest of the continental dishes we ordered were delicious and well-seasoned. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend giving Upkar Cafe a try, and I look forward to trying more dishes on their menu
