I am giving 1 because the shop manager has 0 knowledge of computer hardware and software and the technician is a noob as he only knows how to open a PC or laptop and doesn't know how to even reassemble. Prices are good, but the staff's behavior is too bad. The shop owner has no concern for the customers. In short, only price is good, and everything is bad or not good enough. I suggest that you avoid going there.
