Patra electronics angul is an electronics store located near the bus stand in Angul, Odisha. It sells various electronics items like mobile, laptop, desktop, home and kitchen appliances, and accessories. However, I found several issues with this store that make me doubt its quality and value.
First of all, the store does not have a wide range of products or brands to choose from. According to its website1, it only sells products from Samsung, LG, Sony, Philips, and Panasonic. It does not have any products from other popular brands like Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, etc. This limits the options and preferences of the customers who may want to buy different or newer products.
Secondly, the store charges high prices for its products compared to other electronics stores in the area. I searched the web and found that patra electronics angul charges between Rs. 500 to Rs. 2000 more than other stores like max electronics2, emax3, or croma4 for the same or similar products. For example, a Samsung Galaxy M51 smartphone costs Rs. 24999 at patra electronics angul, while it costs Rs. 22999 at max electronics, Rs. 22499 at emax, and Rs. 21999 at croma. One of most unprofessional and stupid store in entire city , as a customer we don’t have rights to enquire and get the details of product . As if they are giving freebies to customers. Whoever is the owner or franchise partners you are just doing blunder and unacceptable service. Requesting better avoid such store who are not at all reliable .
