I recently purchased an INOX movie voucher through Magicpin, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. When I went to redeem the voucher at the INOX theater, I was shocked to be informed that they are not accepting Magicpin vouchers and that this option is no longer available. There was no prior information, disclaimer, or warning from Magicpin about this issue at the time of purchase. As a result, my money has been completely wasted, and I feel misled by the platform. Feedback: Magicpin must take responsibility for ensuring that the vouchers it sells are valid and redeemable. Selling invalid or unusable vouchers is nothing short of a scam. I urge Magicpin to immediately review this issue, stop selling non-functional vouchers, and refund customers who have been affected. I hope appropriate action is taken so that other customers don't face the same inconvenience and loss.
