The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel truly welcomed. The location was excellent, close to major attractions yet peaceful enough to unwind. The in-house restaurant served delicious food with a variety of options, and the breakfast was fresh and satisfying. The facilities, including Wi-Fi and room service, were reliable and efficient. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the stay at Northern suites. It's hygienic and well maintained. Overall it's one of the best places to stay.

Great rooms with good space between and food was complement and was great where we can order and they cook for us , room cleaning was good . Overall it's 4.5/5 .

Very Good Hotel. Staffs are very good and Food Quality is top class.

An overpriced over hyped rating place which fooled us into booking a stay here. The rooms are small and there is pathetic wifi service. It’s surprising how people will work from their rooms if there is no wifi connection. The receptionist has an attitude problem. The restaurant apparently requires a minimum of two hour prior notice to prepare any food. Why would anyone with common sense book such a stay ever?

We had booked 2 rooms at this place.
We checked in late at night and we checked out early in the morning, so we didn't get much time to have a good look at the property.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The person at the counter was helpful.

One of the rooms had a leaking pipe, and the room was changed promptly after reporting the issue.

Overall, a fine stay considering the price that we got.

No doubt Northern Suites is where i had my best stay ever in India. Beautiful infrastructure and excellent interiors. Received good response and attention from all staffs employed over there. The best was the Terrace Dining. Wow... I just loved my food served in that lovely atmosphere. A good option for parties. Safe Transport arrangement on request was also taken care and i had no fear staying here till my work was completed.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. When I was checked in the room was not ready at all. There was used sheets in the bed and the toilets were not cleaned. And the room reeked in ciggerate smokes. The water in the morning was lukewarm at best. The person in the reception was somewhat hesitant to change the room. The TV was not working and we had to call him multiple times to recharge the TV. Better suited for people coming to stay alone for couple of days.
One good thing was that the rooms were really big since we got a corner room.
There is no covered parking and people coming by car might have to park in the street. Since there is some roadwork going on that might be difficult.

The hotel is well located and lighted. I liked the ambience and the services provided during the stay. The complimentary breakfast has enough food options for almost all types of earthing habits. This makes the beginning of your day more beautiful and fresh. The food menu for room service has sufficient options of North, South and Chinese menus. You may also try the restaurants and market available at walking distance from the hotel.

Decent hotel with good quality food for breakfast as complimentary. I stayed there for four nights , from day one I was asking them for shampoo and they were giving me silly answers, like stock is there but the product has expired and we have ordered and waiting for it. That was the only thing I didn’t like about. Apart from that staffs were polite and house keeping was good. Cleaned the room on daily basis.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my deep gratitude to  UMA, Muthu and all the staff members of Northern suites, the hospitality, food and place is awesome we had a wonderful get-together few days back in Northern suites. It was truly an unforgettable experience,

From the moment we all arrived in the hotel rooms, I could feel the warmth and love in the atmosphere and hospitality given was world class, thanks to the whole staff of Northern Suites it was really mind blowing experience and the hotel rooms are kept very neatly with all the basic requirements in place, it was indeed  as good as any star hotels, the terrace area is really wonderful for any small get together and to create great memories of the life time...

Booked 2 rooms & paid the full amount in advance, but couldn't occupy the rooms due to a serious medical issue. So requested the management for some refund after deducting the cancellation fees, but they were very rude & said they don't care about what people go tru or going tru & all they need is money & if once paid no matter what we are not refunding it was their answer & the staff at the hotel premise were also pestering me to pay the amount first & then do the remaining check in formalities. And finally the rooms they were very small & as well as very dirty. I highly recommend people to not opt this hotel for the stay. Because what they advertise & what the place looks in real is way to different. Total scammers.

We stayed here for 2 nights.
Rooms - Clean and nice.
Beds were comfortable.
Food Quality - Can be improved.
Wifi - Was working fine with adequate speed. Satisfied. I was able to complete my work.
Locality: Good. Exact position according to google map.

Any Issues ? - Yes, I had to pay Rs 300/- for a new towel as some tea poured over it. Manager mentioned it is not washable and cannot be USED AGAIN therefore have to pay.

Never ever book a room here please as the staff tries to rip you off during check out.
I booked a room 3 days ago and during the check out the receptionist (man) made me stay for around 25 minutes as a hostage as he told his staff to check the room. Later he was asking for 750 Rs extra for a drop of tea which spilled on the bed sheet.
Luckily the manager came and he said 350 Rs. They were definitely not in sync with each other over how much to rip me off.
I will add the picture of the receptionist and please be careful of this crook.

It was a great stay I was very comfortable with the staff the room cleaning services were very fast and very neat . According to charges rooms are very good . The only thing is that they don't have a warm water facility in the bathroom.

Its amazing hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. The services are good, staff is ever ready to help you out. If the food menu doesn't have the items you want they went on to get that for you from outside on their own. They stand out because of their customer oriented services and cooperation of hotel staff. Thank you northern suites for 1 amazing week.
