As someone who follows a strict Paleo diet, I was pleasantly surprised to find Engineer's Kitchen offering options for me. I tried their 3 Poori with Aloo Bhaji and must say, it was a delicious and satisfying meal. The Poori was made with almond and coconut flour, making it Paleo-friendly. The Aloo Bhaji was cooked in coconut oil, adding a healthy touch to the dish. I highly recommend this dish to all my fellow Paleo eaters and cannot wait to try other
