Kullad Cafe

This is the worst cafe ever not because of the food but because of the workers there .i had ordered some food from their cafe through magic pin..when I received the order and checked inside one item was missing so I called the restaurant and the lady who picked the call was very rude and nonchalant..she told me that she cannot do anything about it and asked me to write a complain in the app in customer service so i wrote a complain in magic pin in customer service in their chats section , the response I got was like the cafe workers are denying whatever I told so they are not ready to refund it ..I mean like how can they so casually say that .let me telll you the workers out there and the customer service of magic pin everyone are not good , I’m actually blaming both ..the workers are liars and magic pin customer service are worst
