They did not help me.
Kiran brings clients and then takes them to another flat.
They do not give us a chance to talk to the client who see the flat.
The client sees the flat and never returns back.
Now this is their last chance.
They should not do my estate work anymore.
The five star reviews are misleading they do the clients whom they want and tell them to give a five star review.
I will never go back to them
They can't do my work anymore.

On the advice of close friends and relatives, I had engaged Hanu Reddy Realty (HRR) to sell my property in Bangalore. Initially the brokerage seemed far too high, especially with the 18% GST added to it. But towards the end, it was clear that it was well worth it. I was able to close the deal in double quick time making me wonder why I had not signed up with them much earlier in the process.

I had heard great things about Hanu Reddy and hence reached out to them to seek help in selling our property. I felt they were extremely unprofessional. First, they set up appointment and don't show up. We decided to give them a second chance and still continue to work with them. When I approached them as an NRI settled in USA for the sale of my 60+ year old property in Bengaluru I was uncertain and apprehensive since my property was so old. However, since I got excellent recommendations from a past NRI client of theirs, I appointed them as my Brokers, which in retrospect was an excellent decision. Both Kiran Kumar and Srinivas Raju called me regularly over 6+ months during which they found several potential buyers to strategically get the highest sale price possible for my property, and I am sure it's a record sale price for my neighborhood.
