I want to share my recent experience with a company’s hiring process, which turned out to be extremely disappointing and emotionally draining for me.

The HR reached out to me with full confidence, assuring me that there was a solid opportunity available. I was told that my interview would be conducted soon. Trusting their words, I waited and followed up regularly for updates.
But after days of waiting:

No interview was scheduled,

Every follow-up received vague answers like we are waiting.

And eventually I was told that the position was suddenly “on hold.”

If the company itself is unsure about the project’s direction, then reaching out to candidates, giving them hope, and wasting their time is completely unprofessional. This is not the first time I’ve faced such behavior  even a few years ago the same company collected all my documents and later gave excuses instead of moving forward.

✔ Don’t rely fully on verbal assurances.
✔ Don’t share documents until the offer is confirmed.
✔ Always ask for a clear timeline.
✔ If the process becomes inconsistent, take it as a red flag.
My time, effort, and emotions matter — and so do yours.
Hiring processes should be transparent, respectful, and honest.

If you have lot of time to pass please go ahead and attend the interview.
Completed and cleared all the rounds but at-last the US team never came from thanks giving day and hence HR didn’t release the offer letter.

Worst experience.
To the management don’t waste people time and energy.

I was worked there .. company is nice company..then sachin Gupta ,narender yerra came to Infinte .. they ruin the team. making toxic environment . Removing the current employees bringing their previous company employees. Who is coming through their references they got lack of knowledge and even narendra this persons does not have knowledge.this guys are toxic persons.. do not work under with them..

HR's are not good and the hiring process is time waste so do not apply to this company.

Worst recruitment process ever, do not trust this company

First they will say that BGV is finished and we are good to make you onboard.
then at the neckup moment, they will say that your BGV is not cleared and then they will ghost you.

Came here after reading the suspecting homicide news of an employee on reddit

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I tried reaching out to Abdul Jabbar multiple times, but he did not respond to my calls. This level of service is unacceptable, and it makes it difficult to trust or recommend their work.

A nice modern campus located in one of the major IT areas of the city. Located on a slightly inner bylane & at its dead end (sort of).

Very good campus. a Small company with good infrastructure. It have very nice garden.

I had great experience working under infinite, they have good portal to respond back our queries and friendly response. easy to view our details in the portal, time to time communication.

Infinite Campus is awesome, unfortunately due to covid I never worked from office.They maintain premises well with greenery.

If you are from bsk or Vijayanagar it is too far and take your own vehicle. As far company is good.

Nice place for freshers, once you get into the client account then no need to worry.
