Nuage is a great restaurant for anyone looking for delicious vegan options. While they serve amazing bacon for those who still eat it, their vegan options are just as exceptional. I highly recommend trying their tofu and vegetable stir-fry or their quinoa salad. Both dishes are bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. As a frequent diner at this establishment, I appreciate their commitment to providing excellent plant-based options. Keep up the good work, Nuage!
