Behrouz Biryani

Cold biryani. Bland. No spice. Late pickup.

Finally I am writing a review on one of my long pending bookmarked place to try their Biryani. I had a long wish to try the Biryani by Behrouz, but I was bit hesitant to order because of the rumour that Behrouz is costly compared to the quality. But on a fine Day, I got a chance to give this place a try and trust me, it was one the best biryani I had so far at many places. As they say Behrouz Royal Biryani, the Biryani will be no less to give that Royal feel. The Aroma of it, the fragrance of long grained rice Cooked along with Dry Fruits, the Color of the Biryani, the quantity of mutton/chicken in the biryani...... Everything is worth every penny you pay for... Who said the quantity is less?? One box of biryani along with a starter is good enough for a 2-people meal. The best part for me was the amount of mutton in the Biryani (my order was dum ghost Biryani) the mutton was cooked so well along with the masala... I am getting saliva even while writing this review lol 😜 the smell of the biryani was so luscious, I am falling short of words to explain it, you just need to try it for sure. The long lost taste of Biryani you can feel in every bite of it. To my surprise, the raita was so tasty and creamy, yes.. I need to tell this because that's something different I could find here.Packaging was very neat and proper. The softy Gulab Jamun provided in the packet is like Cherry on top of cake. In short, if you want a great quality biryani and not caring for the cost, don't give a second thought. 🙂
