• This is a Samsonite E-Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted offline on Samsonite stores.
• This EGV will only be applicable on Samsonite products.
• On redeeming E-Gift Voucher ,the user has to pay the remaining amount via rest pay-modes.
• E-Gift Voucher is redeemable on all days of the week.
• EGV Partial redemption is not allowed and any remaining amount in EGV will not be refunded.
• Multiple EGVs per invoice can be used.
• This EGV cannot be clubbed with existing offers at website.
• This EGV will not be applicable on Samsonite products with more than 51% discount.
• Refund of money against the voucher will not be entertained.
• Samsonite South Asia Private Limited (on behalf of Samsonite India) will not replace or reimburse the value of your EGV if its lost, stolen, damaged or expired.

• Accentiv shall not be held responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after delivery of the said EGV.

• Vouchers cannot be transferred for value or re-sold or redeemed for cash.
