This toy Story is a wonderful place for kids They have a great collection of toys for both girls and boys  from educational toys to fun games and cute soft toys. The store is well maintained, clean, and neat. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is well organized. Perfect spot to find gifts for children of all ages

Very disappointing experience at Tynimo, Bangalore. One of the female staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were simply trying a squishy pen that was kept outside , and she aggressively claimed that we “damaged” it and said we must buy it. That is absolutely unacceptable.
Testing a pen does NOT damage it. If customers are not allowed to test products, then they should be kept sealed or clearly marked. On top of that, she quoted a price of ₹300 while the billing counter member said it was ₹190 — complete confusion and poor staff training.
Her tone was disrespectful, improper, and intimidating, as if customers are doing something wrong by checking a product before buying. This is not how a retail store should treat people.
Management seriously needs to look into this staff member’s behavior. Rude employees like this ruin the reputation of the entire store. I will think twice before visiting again unless customer service improves.

I came here early morning to buy few gifts for my German colleagues. The lady at the shop was speaking on her phone so I requested her to help me with selection. Even after 10mins, she was speaking on her phone rather than answering my queries though I was the only customer. Owners please note this. Finally my friend bought some pens.

I visited the Tynimo store in jp.nagar,Bangalore and had a bad experience with one of the staff members. I was trying a squishy cheese pen that had two colors, and I only took the colors out to check them. One lady staff member suddenly said I must buy the pen because it would get damaged if used even once or twice, which didn’t make sense.
There was also confusion about the price — one staff said it was ₹300 while another said ₹190. On top of that, the lady was very rude and spoke improperly. Customers should be allowed to check products politely without being pressured or spoken to disrespectfully.
I hope the management trains staff to behave more professionally.

The store is located just near the jayanagar shopping complex opposite to jain temple. They have a wide variety of items from kids playing items to arts and crafts. They also had an offer on the purchase of 1500 and 3000. We bought the backpack and sling bag. Cosy is bit High but the quality of material is good

A go-to place for cute gifts, artefacts and decor. They have a variety of stationery, home decor and toys. Each one unique and attractive. The price is a little on the upper end, but worth the look. Basically, this is another Miniso shop - except that the prices are a little higher and we don’t find many day-to-day products.

The stuff here are very unique and contains lots of new designs . They have friendly and supporting staff here. The prices are a bit costlier than they seem to be . Overall it’s a good shop for unique daily use things .

This is the perfect place to buy small gifts or birthday return gifts.
There are lots of reasonably priced and cute items.

Wide range of products including toys, soft toys, bags and wallets for women, stationery, key chains, etc. One of my personal favorites is the cute pocket mirrors.

The staff are very disrespectful to the customer just because we're teenagers they start laughing at us and suspecting us for stealing stuff and they were extremely rude towards us and just because we touched something they gave us looks and this is not how the staff should behave with customers, laugh at them ew this is peak disgusting behaviour you guys should be fired for not treating customers properly please just because yall are older than the customers doesn't mean u treat them that way 0 stars

Best place to get goodies n other stationery and they always run one or the other  offers . Recommend this place

The store has variety of soft toys. Location wise also the store is located at convenient place from accessibility aspect.

I bought a scarf, it's fabric is worst.
It's furr stick to my cloths everytime, even after wash :( it's embarrassing when everyone notices this !
