I recently tried Khmer Kitchen's Edamame & Truffle Dimsums and they were absolutely fantastic! The combination of edamame and truffle was pure perfection. The dimsum itself was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of filling. I loved the delicate presentation of the dish and the taste was even better. I recently tried out Khmer Kitchen in Mississippi and I loved it! The Missisippi Mud Pie was amazing- rich and perfectly sweet. The spices in the other dishes were perfectly balanced and added a delicious kick - not too spicy, but just enough to make it enjoyable. Overall, a great experience, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for flavorful, naturally spicy dishes.
