I have been supported by Value Point Systems for over 20 years now majorly for laptop purchase/service related items. Quality of their work and service has always been exceptional. They help with any kind of technical support be it small or big which is hard to find. I fully recommend Value Point systems for all of their offerings and services.

I have interacted with Shrikanth to replace the LED monitor of my 10+ year old Lenovo All in one. They have picked up the system from my home, provided the quote for the repair work, final price matched the quote and the delivery of the PC was done to my home on the promised date.. I am happy about the quality of the service delivered.

I had given my laptop for service & it was a very unprofessional experience. Delayed timelines, no invoice, credit card machine not working etc etc. Would not recommend

The service centre which was behind the building was tricky to find. But when i got in, the service i got was amazing. The staff was very polite and cooperative. They understood the issue right away and took in my laptop for services. And also suggested solutions to keep the performance of my lap at optimum. Awesome customer management. 100% recommending.

It was horrible experience with these people. They gave a quote for a different printer and delivered the wrong item. It was for a corporate office purpose. Now they are not ready to replace the printer. They have the audacity to ask for further orders from my firm. Never go to these people. They don't even know how to create invoices and bills. Despite giving them the full details for billing, they goofed it up and sent the bill with the wrong details. I also suffered due to that mistake of theirs.

The best service center I have ever gone to in my life. Mr. Shrikant did his best to support the issue with my laptop even though it was not his concerns. I would really recommend that you visit this place if you have issue with laptop rather than going to any other place in Bangalore. Might be far for you but totally worth it. Your laptop will be in safe hands.

I have been a loyal customer of value point. My laptop of 5 years had some issues.. the battery wasn't working, my hard drive crashed and the back panel had come off. I honestly thought I'd have to spend on buying a new laptop but once I spoke to Mr Srikanth he assured me that he would try his best to help me out. Honestly I didn't think much could be done but my laptop is as good as new. I am very pleased with the results. I strongly recommend this place for anyone's laptop woes you can trust that they will keep their word. In a world where people hardly care about consumers, I am very impressed with the service they have provided.

One lesson learnt: When it comes to managing health, trust your doctor and your laptop, trust Value Point at Madivala.

When my HP Laptop, purchased abroad, started developing certain problems, I visited this HP outlet at Madivala who directed me to their service centre.  I was greatly surprised when I met Mr. Srikanth who assured to fix my system after a week as needed time to procure spares.

I insisted upon using the laptop until then and failed to hand it over despite their reminder mails.  After four months, I had to relent as I had further deteriorated the system to point of nonresponsive state.

My embarrasment was put to rest when I handed over the laptop and they made arrangements for me to back up my data and returned the laptop after a few days.  I delayed picking up my laptop.  In the interim, they had fixed my keyboard and other minor issues after thoroughly checking the health of my system.  Each problem has been meticulously addressed and they even replaced my keyboard without any additional cost.  My four-year laptop is as good as new.

I think I had made the right decision in visiting the place.  The attitude and redressal of the issue was amazing.  The nearest alternative would have been a distant second.

It's a authorized HP service Centre... Very good service Centre... I prefer there for my any laptop problems as mine is HP laptop... No Un necessary  extra charges... But once u give for service it's charge is 1200 Rs.... But it's worth it... Go for it..

Srikanth, who runs the service center in Koramangala, is a very friendly guy who gives honest advice. I encountered Srikanth when I was having a connectivity issue on my laptop , and he suggested the best and most economical solution. The connectivity is absolutely fine now. Professionalism in laptop service :
Rs 800 for inspection charges for any laptop..includes cleaning..and if any fault is found with the parts then additional charges based on the price of replacement part.

Please do not buy any products from them , they will send you old products with old specs...we had a corporate order and they have sent incorrect specs maching and now not ready to replace.

A good job at servicing the laptop
But when it comes to charging they are very much over priced and not so adorable..
