Hi Team, I’m writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent order. Just because I received an offer, it does not mean I should receive a reduced portion size. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Shawarma, and although there was a discount applied to the price, the portion I received was extremely small and not at all acceptable. Offers or discounts should never affect the quantity or quality of food served. What I received felt like a half-size portion, which is unfair and misleading for a paying customer. I request you to kindly look into this issue and take necessary action. I also expect appropriate compensation or resolution for this experience. Looking forward to your response.
