Customers say Biryani Pot serves flavorful, good-value biryani with generous portions, especially the prawn and chicken varieties. However, experiences are mixed: many complain about frequent late or cold deliveries, and inconsistent quantity or missing items are recurring issues.

Worst biryani. I have never seen this type of biryani, and actually, I ordered gongura chicken biryani but received normal dum biryani. Please don't order this biryani from this restaurant. I have requested a refund with attached proof, but the response is, "There is no refund; please look at the reviews."
