I recently got the latest Windows OS installed on my laptop at SB Computers. Unfortunately, after the installation, my camera stopped working. The camera was functioning properly before the OS installation.
When I reported the issue, instead of taking responsibility and resolving it properly, they suggested reinstalling the OS again and demanded additional payment for it. I find this very unprofessional and unfair. If the issue occurred due to the service they provided, it should have been resolved without charging extra.
As a customer, I expected proper post-service support and basic troubleshooting without immediately asking for more money. This experience felt more money-driven than customer-focused.
I would advise future customers to clearly confirm service guarantees, driver checks, and post-installation support before making payment. Transparency and accountability are very important in technical services.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service approach.

Laptop service  and windows11 installation went very well.
Also installed CCTV at my home... No issue seeing from last 1 year. Service is very good.

Cost is reasonable

The service is fast and the charges are quite reasonable. I was looking for a service centre to replace my laptop battery. After checking with multiple service centres in and around my area, I decided to drop by this place. I did not have very high hopes but the gentleman at the counter opened the laptop, looked into the battery, provided me with a quotation and approximate service time. I was ok with the terms. He ordered the replacement battery from one his contacts in Indiranagar via uber parcel service. While waiting for the same, I casually asked for the charges for RAM upgrade. He instantly provided a decent quotation and he already had the spare RAM in stock. I decided to go ahead with that as well.

It all started around 7.45 PM and by 9.30 PM, I was home with laptop battery replaced and RAM upgraded.

Great service for my Dell laptop within 30 mins. I strongly recommend. He is very cooperative as well in recommending the right solutions and quality service

I came here for battery replacement of my Hp laptop.

The service was really fast. He ordered the battery within 1 hour and completed the replacement process within 15 mins after battery arrival.

Even though the shop closes at 10, he  stayed till 10:45 pm to complete the replacement.
