Stayed in this property for a couple of nights. Overall, Fantastic service. If incase I plan on revisiting, the reason would be the buffet team. Exceptional service by the team. Not able to mention all the names, but Mr. Krishna and Mr. Vresh were there all the time to make sure I felt warm and comfortable.

I loved everything about this hotel. Comfort was there as expected in a 3 star hotel. The room and wash room is super clean. The breakfast and other food available in tgeir restaurant was delectable and the spread was decent. They also have a small gym for health conscious. Adequate parking available. Overall,  highly recommended if you are planning stay in Yeshwanthpur or surrounding areas.

Location is at 40min to airport, but the amenities and comfort level is worth the travel!
The staff is very friendly and polite, the restaurants serve great food. You may even order customized dishes and the chef will make sure he understands all the details before diving in!

Visited this property for the cake mixing ceremony and had a lovely time here. The staff and management were very warm and welcoming. The ambience is lovely. The food was delicious. They have various cuisines served at their cafe, lounge, restaurant and rooftop bar. They also have a dance floor with a rooftop swimming pool. A good place to spend time with family and friends or for official get togethers.

The rooms overall are really fantastic, i really liked the cleanliness of the washrooms and the neatness of the beddings. I really loved the ambiance of the rooftop restaurant but unfortunately they have really a limited variety for food. The female staff is really courteous and will always welcome you with a smile. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in India.
The room is modern and clean, and easy to manage. For example, light switches are clearly marked, and the aircon and ceiling fan are effective and easy to use.
The kettle and fridge are a welcome addition.
The bathroom is spacious and up to date, and we especially liked the instant hot water that comes out of the shower.
The restaurant staff are excellent, being available for assistance without being overly attentive. The breakfast buffet is worthy of praise, having a wide choice of Western and Indian food choices, which are correctly served and stored. For instance, hot and cold foods are kept at a safe temperature, to avoid food poisoning.
The Reception staff are helpful and polite.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great place for events and stay. We had organized our review meeting in the hotel, and they had offered us a discount for our stay too. The complementary breakfast offered is exquisite. The rooms and the service offered are great. The location however, is far from the city and the parking is very very limited. The hotel again is placed in a normal street añd is not in a posh location.

Nice place to have a peaceful dinner, they have a rooftop dining which was very peaceful but it will be quite disturbing if it rains, food quality was good it will be great if they can improve their service I guess they have less service staff apart from that the place was nice and well maintained. I visited this place today with family. This is my 5th visit to this restaurant since 2020. This place has very good ambience, gym,  with pool side light karaoke entertainment on Friday and Saturday. Food is good, served fresh with variety of options both buffet and a la carte. Vegetarian and non - vegetarian option available. The service is extremely good and quick. The restaurant is in top most floor with good breeze making a perfect place for family and summer.

On top of this, Ms.Esha is extremely helpful, down to earth, and took care of us very well. She explained the variety and quantity so that food doesn't go waste. Esha does her job whole heartdly and with lots of enthusiasm and care. Keep up the good work! This place is also good for executive meetings. I haven't tried rooms.

Wonderful place.. We were two families with kids. Stayed in one premium room and one suite room. Both Rooms were neat and clean.. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the restaurant in ground floor. Kids enjoyed the food.. We also had live counters were omelettes were prepared. Breakfast menu had lot of items and taste was awesome. Such a delight.. Swimming pool was at the roof along with a glass dance floor and rooftop restaurant.. Pool is not suitable for kids as the depth is 5 ft throughout. They also have Gym and a lounge bar. Amenities were excellent. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.. We will be visiting agin for sure

Me and my family stayed at the property for one night. Overall it was a great experience. Right from booking till check out, I found very customer centric process. The room was too clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and hygienically served. All the staff members are really humble, polite and ready to serve the best.

Recommended stay, at Yeshwanthpur/Mathikere

It was a nice experience staying in Comfort Inn . The staff is very courteous, would like to mention Suraj, Anju who made sure the needs of visitors are met in the best possible way and give their suggestions too, which is a plus point.
I have booked this property post seeing the worst nature of the staff from other 4/5 star property.

Here they never have let our opinion down.
Based on our ask, a room was appropriately provided with main road view and with the necessary facilities. Location wise, it is located in a hustle bustle road but when you are inside the property, you seem to be cut out from rest of the world.
Food option was also good, with buffet breakfast/dinner and the staff helps you with best beneficial food arrangements as well. The place where this is located is very near to Ramaiah medical College and there are good options for shopping. I would like to thank Suraj and Anju for their best services, who are front office staffs. They helped us arrange cab services as well to visit in and around places.

Service is absolutely fantastic, and would like to mention Momin who made sure the needs of clients are met. He checks if the quality is fine post room service and make it clean upto the point. Always it is made clean and tidy meeting our additional asks too.

This would be a recommended place of stay from our list, for sure.

The hotel is located at a busy market place.. all kinds of shops are close by and its a busy street throughout the day. The room we got was huge and the amenities are above average. The promptness in service was really good. The only thing i didn't like  was the food. We had breakfast included in our tariff charges, the variety is average and the taste wasn't great.

We had been to the roof top restaurant and I have to say that the ambience was great. One cannot guess that such a place lies between the crowded main road. The tables beside the pool are recommended.

We had visited this place for dinner  on a weekday and it wasnt crowded.   Being a vegetarian, the spread was limited and probably thats an area for improvement. The staff were very courteous too.  I would surely visit here again.

Chameleon Lounge Bar is a small pub and is located in Comfort Inn Insys on the 5th floor. An amazing place for your fav match on screen and bar bites.

*Service*
Service is very slow. There were only 1 person serving and taking orders and even being the bartender. Very laid back attitude and doesn't seem very excited serving us.

*Ambience*
The place is dimly lit with red and blue lights. It is a long pavement with open bar at one side and a big LCD at another. They have 6-7 tables inside with around 3 outside on the balcony.Music is loud and goes on with the ambience of the place.

*Drinks*
They have the common cocktails available at any bar. I tried the following :

The drinks didn't impress me at all. They were as dilute as it would taste like a non alcoholic drink. Would not recommend any of them.

Though the drinks didn't impress me at all, the food is worth the praise. They have only appetizers available here i.e., bar bites.

Well cooked chunks of chicken made into best Manglorean spices with ghee oozing out.

Shredded mutton with Indian spices and little bit on the spicy side.

⏺Potato and Cheese Poppers- recommended
Bread crumbs crusted filled with cheese filling. Non oily and worth a try. One plate serves 8 pieces.

⏺Nori Chicken- recommended
Chicken pieces marinated into green gravy and cooked.One of the best I have had. Worth the try.

⏺Mexican Fried Mushrooms
This was the same cheese poppers stuffed with mushrooms as well.

The place serves amazing finger licking food ESP the non veg delicacies. Hope to have better experience in drinks.

Great place to stay with all comforts. Located close to shops, restaurants. It has its own couple of restaurants which is convenient when you are pressed for time. Service can be slow at times. The room Ac and cleanly was good. The room has small bar fridge and coffee making facility. The shower heater worked and had useful vanity items such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo etc. good place for short to medium stays.

I have gone with Pavilion, It was Buffet, taste was good, they serve patiently. Starters will be served to table and main course are self service. Menu will be changing everyday. For more than 10 members need to book before 1 or 2 days.
Cost - 499 + gst per head.
Worth for money.

We had a family party hosted at the Comfort INN Insys. The hotel is located centrally in Mathikere and is lined with shops on either side of the road. The inside of the hotel was spic n span and the halls were nicely done. The elevators worked fine and the room lobbies had nice decor. It also has a rooftop restaurant with a small swimming pool. The food & service was decent. Also thankfully it has some parking space for 4 wheelers.

Good three-star hotel in Mathikere locality, Railway station is nearby and For the airport, we have shortcuts to travel, We have a local bus stand nearby, and opposite Comfort Inn we have a bus stop. We get frequent taxis and autos available easily. A good place at medium range price. for middle-class people, I think it is bit costly.

Comfortable stay at Comfort Inn Insys This hotel has excellent, well-appointed modern rooms and bathrooms, which are immaculately maintained. The staff right from the valet, concierge, reception and room service are courteous and are quick to understand and respond to the guest's requirements. The room service menu however requires a tweak and offer a slightly larger choice. Overall, it has been a very pleasant stay and would definitely like to stay here again and also recommend it to others.

Had been to this place for a family get-together. Valet parking is available. The place is clean and maintained well. However, the food was dismal. Food serving utensils had dust settled on them and food was served using the same utensils. Quality of the food was bad. Too salty and oily. Wouldn't go there again

Premium rooms were small for my liking. Although the rooms were clean, I had a feeling that the bed linen wasn't changed over. Staff assured they were changed but am still not sure. Room service was prompt. Staff at the reception were friendly. Convenient location but don't expect a nice view out of the window in the room. It's facing a very busy road and can get noisy during peak times and also late into the night.

Food at the restaurant (on ground floor) is OK. I had breakfast and lunch/dinner included in my tarrif. They do buffet and ala carte as well. Restaurant staff are very nice.

Breakfast - Decent selection to choose from. I'd avoid their bakery items such as cupcakes and croissiants. My recommendation would be to just stick with traditional Indian brekky. Their chutney that goes with idli is very nice.  I was disappointed with their Sambar though - too oily and runny. It was more like rasam. Try their make to order Dosa (ask for less oil) and Omelette.

Coffee with brekky - My tip is to order it strong and extra hot. Otherwise, you will get a weak and warm coffee.

Lunch - Standard Indian dishes but decent selection to choose from. Ther starters are nice. Mains can get a bit too oily.

Overall, it was a decent experience and nothing extraordinary for that price point.

The quality of service was really bad compared to all the times that I have visited the resturant. I have conducted events there before the pandemic and attended a recent one there again, the quality of food and the service has really come down. They have to pull their socks up if they have to maintain their reputation. They have to get back to the standards they maintained when they were new.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn Insys, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't very pleasant.

The property is about 15 years old, and it shows. The rooms are not very spacious, which makes the stay feel cramped. The dark brown furniture throughout the room adds to the discomfort, as it feels outdated and gives off a dull vibe. It’s not the most welcoming atmosphere, and you won't find a sense of coziness or peace here.

Breakfast is another issue. The cutoff time for breakfast is strictly 10:30 AM, and even if you arrive a few minutes late (say 10:35-10:40 AM), they will flatly deny you service. This felt a bit too rigid and not guest-friendly.

Room service also left much to be desired. The staff wasn’t very responsive, and for something as simple as adding a channel to the TV, I had to call the reception over five times before it was addressed. In-room food service was disappointing as well, with a limited menu and dishes that were excessively oily. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when it feels so unhealthy and heavy.

Additionally, the rooms have doors that can open to another room, which is quite concerning for privacy and noise levels. I could hear sounds from the adjacent rooms, which added to the discomfort.

The valet parking is available, but considering the property's location in the city area, I would not recommend this hotel. Overall, the experience was far from satisfying, and I would suggest looking for other options in the area.

I stayed here for two days with my family, and I don't think this hotel justifies its 4-star rating. The food is good, but it's excessively expensive. The breakfast buffet wasn't impressive, especially considering the high price we paid.

The biggest disappointment was the parking. It’s absolutely terrible. I was really concerned about parking my car in the open lot on such a busy street. While they advertise basement parking, it's incredibly cramped with cars parked too close together, making it very risky to park there.

Just to serve one vegetable sandwich they have taken 30 min and also they say that griller is not working. Wrong updates on different dining app stating buffet till 4 pm wch is actually not correct. I saw even other customers coming and complaining about service issues and timings are wrong. These hotel do not even bother about the reviews but it's our honesty to inform them to improve. It's been 44 min now still hungry till now one plain veg sandwich is not ready. Better be careful before choosing this place next time for dining.  Rooms are good

Room was good but TV was not working.... whenever you call front desk they keep asking to wait for 10 min but ultimately doent work.
Staff was not good. Not a great experience.
Breakfast was also very average.

Pathetic food in Pavilion Restaurant. Uncooked foods served.
Same Limited Breakfast for all 3 days
Pool is very very dirty.
You Need to ask for the Basic Amenities like Water Glass, Hand Towel etc which should be provided by default.
Sharp Nail in the room floor.
Bad maintenance.

Very bad service specially Praveen Kumar. Security confirmed that Bar is open but after going up said it’s closed. Google say 1:30 closing time but they closed @11:30pm and did not bother to update the timings. Food is sub standard and service is pathetic…

For a 4 star hotel, we did not expect such low hospitality & ethics. When asked for an additional comforter, who would assume such star hotel will give you a soiled/used one not even bothering to fold it & that the guests might find out immediately.
Staffs are not very courteous & friendly. House keeping area need a lot of addressing in hygiene & being courteous.
Otherwise rooms, stay & restaurant food were good. Restaurant staffs were welcoming.

We organised our elder brother's son's 5th b'day, hall, decoration and hall all good, but the food is very worst. The chief completely messed up with the food. I suggest the management yo change the catering services.

I have visited with friends, saraff were very nice and kind. But unfortunately food was not up to Mark 😞 made me sad. Found food tasteless even after telling to sarf still non of chef or manager come back with response. At the billing time i had to wait for long time and they charged me Extra as per menu price. Over all unsatisfied slow service , went for food only that also was not good. Flys was roaming at the buffet i told to manager but still there was no acction. Every one was standing a corner rather then solving problems or check satisfaction with thir guest.

Rooms are good but has silly Rules and Regulations. The Restaurant in the hotel is understaffed. They will take hours to serve people on a weekday.... and before ordering they would say we have 15% off and when you as for the off they would say it not Restaurant offer you need to pay via swiggy dineout lol ..... bdw food is also not that good

Worst  manager staff and all staff are liers worst experiences ever all the manager and owner will blame upon slase man we have took all in 1.
1 man came to my office and asked us to take all coupons and the all so mentioned unlimited food and pool time  but when we go to hotel the even told unlimited pool time but after 4hours the manager came and told only 1hour pooltime pizza go wee will not take the 3hour charge but wee already paid . They are acting like we r beginning for free pool time me and my family had respect about this place  but it's hope less place plzz don't wast ur money

Comfort Inn is no more like before. I am coming to Comfort INN sys for more than 5 years for both Pavilion and Chameleon for more than 20 times and it was always my favourite. My last 3 visits in this 3 months was extremely bad in terms of service and staffs behaviour(all staffs which includes service staffs, receptionist, managers, unnecessary bouncer and the person at the counter) And there is not even single local Kannada staffs. All these new staffs are so rude, purposely bill it wrong, argues with customers, no basic communication skills, so many scams in billing. But still the food quality and taste is good as like before. Cleanliness and hygiene is good.
