Top-notch hospitality! From the moment I pulled in to refuel, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. That great energy continued into the Shell Café. Even though there isn't Wi-Fi, it’s a perfect spot for a quick, quality coffee break.
The service is prompt, the staff is polite, and the atmosphere is very clean. A special shout-out to Thambiraj and Shruthi for their extra care—they truly went above and beyond to make the experience seamless.
Definitely the best pitstop in Rajajinagar for a caffeine fix and a fuel top-up!

The most caring staff with a very helpful nature. I say this because I met with a bike accident recently near yeshwantpur... all I had to do was go to this shell, they made sure first aid was provided and I was comfortable before I could leave.
A huge shout out to all the staff members who helped me... Thank you!

Went to fill petrol and the employee who was attending us didn't know how to do her job, she was not given proper training. She over filled petrol and didn't even realise it until we told her to stop. She wasn't ready to accept her fault, and she didn't even use the auto lock, instead she pointed finger at us saying that we are under paying and that there was no fault of her's. She started arguing with us and even came upto hit us. Utterly one of the worst experience till now in that petrol bunk, something or the other keeps happening everytime I go there, the stuff have no basic manners or decency as to how to talk to customers. They'd rather gossip among themselves rather than attending customers especially in the mornings.

They have zero knowledge on engine oil grades and quantity to be filled. They recommend a different oil grade whichever they were asked to sell and don't even know the standard quantity to be filled for each vehicle based on the model. Apart from this, they also billed me for 1 liter extra oil which when I noticed after sometime, they refunded me in cash without making any changes to the bill. Visited there because of the Shell brand, shocked to see information or any document about the manufacturer recommended oil grade for each vehicle and randomly suggesting the oil. With poor knowledge of the customers, they just misuse the opportunity to sell whatever they want. Also, they randomly check coolant, air filter etc without even you asking them to do it. They opened air filter lock/cap and struggled to close it, not sure it is even properly closed. Please train your staff and get a list of manufacturer recommended oil grades and quantity for each vehicle or stop doing oil change.

They force customers to change the oil, clean the filter and all and still charge them high. They loot the customers. Specially vishalakshi as she was the one who forced me. I will never visit again here.

Please teach your staff to behave with dignity to the customers. I have seen many staffs, although they dont yell at customers, they curse customer with quiet tone.
They are very absent minded and does not listen to the customer's ask.
Now a days they do not greet customers also. If they do greet some times there is no intent at all, they just do it for the sake.
Please have some one at air filling station at all the times.

I Asked for v power , the nozzle was of v power , But I don’t think the fuel that went in was v power . I am a regular user of v power and I could easily tell I was cheated.

They Upsold Me with Wrong Engine Oil. How Many Others Don’t Even Know?

I came here after an “oil change required” warning on my Jeep Compass (BS6 diesel engine). I told the Shell staff clearly that I didn’t know what oil was required. Instead of guiding me properly, they confidently upsold Shell Helix 0W‑40, saying it’s “recommended” and even better than what service centers use.

I trusted their confidence, paid ₹10,000+ for an engine flush and refill.

Later, when I spoke to a Jeep service advisor, I learned that this oil is not recommended, not approved, and may cause long-term engine or emission issues in BS6 diesel cars. I even made the Shell staff talk to the advisor — and they had no answers to basic questions.

The worst part? Most people won’t even realize they’ve been misled. They’ll drive for months or years without knowing that the wrong oil was used — and if a problem comes up later, it’s the car owner who suffers, not Shell.

Shell is a global brand, but this outlet staff clearly lacks proper knowldege. They’re using the trust that people have in the Shell name to push high-priced products without understanding whether it’s actually safe.

Please don’t blindly trust kiosk advice, especially for modern diesel vehicles. Always double-check with your car manual or manufacturer.

I have already escalated the matter to Shell India. Awaiting response.

Extremely disappointed and won't be returning.

Worst experience, don't go. Staff behaviour too bad

very good outlet, now most of the petrol station in Bangalore either fill less quality of petrol or and fill mixed with cheaper solution,, at least sure that there is no mixing or less quantity of gasoline at Shell, only problem is large crowd every time but its worth waiting,as people trust she'll most, located opposite to ml and beside big Bazar, and walkable distance from Orion mall,

Scam 2025 !!!!! . On a vehicle with 50 liter capacity and with already 4 liters in tank , they filled 53 liters. Easily scammed 7 liters. Last time I visited shell and request others to avoid too

Worst!! Not hvng correct response over  the costumers

This place has a small eatery and goods store alongside. This review is only for this store. This is a good casual hangout place with some options of snacks. Food worth trying here is- Bombay masal sandwich combo with capachino, samosa combo with filter coffee. Even their masala and adrak tea is worth trying. The staff is humble and welcoming.

Cheap trick they follow asking for oil and coolant check up.
Everything in Shell is costly and the lady work in that pump saying coolant they will put will last for 30000 kms.
If they are doing this kind of cheap business definitely Shell fuel station are getting closed (already people stopped due to high prices).

No discipline, the staff doesn't care for lines , allows people to jump lines. No reaction no care

Worst experience. As usual I went to fill the fuel and two shell lady staff came and asked me to open Bonet so that can check the oil and coolant. Somehow with their cheap trick they convinced me to change the oil and coolant. I went 3-4 km my vehicle starting giving indication temp of engine raising and vehicle stoped immediately in the middle of flyover. I have to experience worst time. What they shell did they Drained all my coolant and filled only 2 liter and since it was taking time to fill another litre shell staff sent me saying you can go now and fill another liter tmw. If they don’t have time to do proper work why would they convince customers to change the oil and coolant?
