Had an awesome experience at this store! The manager, Srinivas, was very humble and kind. He made the process of buying a music system smooth and hassle-free, with quick and efficient support.

I along with my family visited the store today to purchase microoven and 1 ton to AC. The store has very good product options and its huge in size. The sales person Sandhya and Devraj explained all the details of the products and helped us to purchase the product. They provided good discount on the microoven product. Sandhya took interest to explain features to my mother in kannada, which helped my mother to know what we are buying. The store also has good car parking slots.

Saturday I visited Reliance Digital near Marathahalli Multiplex. It was a nice experience. Mr. kushaal was guided me for purchasing a best smart phone recent model Oneplus 15 and given best discount also. I am very much satisfied with his service and also conversation with customer is very nice, this type of guy very helpful for store also because explain to customer is very very nice and giving maximum discount as compared with other retailer stores. I am giving for Mr. Kushaal 5 star rating and store rating also.

I had a great experience at the store. The staff members, Sandeepa and Nagarjuna, were extremely helpful in explaining the features of microwave ovens and water purifiers. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the buying process very smooth. Highly appreciate their support and professionalism!

Pathetic Service – Highly Disappointed with Reliance Digital I purchased a TV on finance from Reliance Digital. All the finance procedures went smoothly, and I was told the TV would be delivered the next day. However, when the delivery person arrived, he asked for an OTP, and to my shock, the contact number mentioned on the bill belonged to someone else. They took the TV back, assuring me they would return within an hour — but that never happened. The next day, I visited the showroom, and they promised delivery within two days. Again, no delivery. When I called them, they said it would take another week! This is completely unacceptable. All the required processes were completed from my side, and I had clearly mentioned that I needed the TV urgently. It’s extremely frustrating and feels like they are running a scam by taking payments without actually having stock in their godown. Pathetic service — they neither value customers’ time nor understand urgency. Totally disappointed with Reliance Digital.

Amazing collection of products! Ms. Suma and Mr. Ravi were extremely kind and patient in explaining the features of the printer we were looking to purchase.
