Horrible experience.

While purchasing ,they do mention that exchange can be done  but after purchase they say  an exchange can’t be done till 1pm basically till some other customers do billing
Because rules likes “exchange only after 1pm” is not followed in every store.
If you follow it.. then pls do inform the customer from next time. You can’t just mention it in the Bill and imagine that the customer knows about it.. it’s not a universal rule .. of course the customer wont read all the details in the bill.
Instead of being considerate and atleast helping me in the exchange just this one time.. the manager was not at all flexible and asks me to come again after 1pm.
So overall very unhappy with the behaviour.

Secondly.. you weren’t in the store when this happened so you have no right to comment here after listening to a one sided story from your staff.
I would have been happier if you had atleast tried to ask what the matter was because you are taking this too personally.
I don’t have a personal issue with you
I had a problem with the way your staff behaved with me about your rules.
Anyway
Coming back to your points-
1. You said you have trained your staff to speak like parrots and inform every customer about the exchange policy- you can watch the CCTV footage before commenting here.. no one informed me about the exchange after 1pm policy.
2. The tone in which your staff spoke really irked me - while I was telling her that I don’t live nearby so it’s really tough for me to come back again.
She spoke rudely saying that nothing could be done as we always inform during the billing and she staring away asked me to come again after 1pm.
3.Instead of training them to talk like  parrots
Train them to talk as humans..
had she spoken to me politely and told me that ma’am you could actually make another small billing and then we could proceed to do the exchange.. I would have actually agreed to it because I was in a hurry.  But the tone she spoke in was not right.
4. And about time- you could check your CCTV footage again .. I was there in your store for a good amount of time ( considering it was just for an exchange) and yes.. not everyone can sit at home like you and run a business. So for me.. TIME MATTERS. ( especially when there’s no guarantee of when the next billing is.. I can’t wait for 2hrs in your store till it’s 1pm!!)
5. And in an era where “CUSTOMER IS KING” .. you definitely don’t respect that.
And boss.. don’t say that dialogue of “ threatening some businesses) 😂 if yours was a small business.. then you would have accepted an exchange at any point of time ( even a local malleshwaram 8th cross street vendor will accept exchange at any point of time because they truly are a small business and they truly respect their customers) I TRULY SALUTE THOSE PEOPLE
Don’t tell me that you are more orthodox than them.
If you are.. then SO BE IT
BUT DON’T PLAY THE we are a SMALL BUSINESS trick here.Infact if you cared about your customers… take this honest review about your store and try to train your staff.And also just so you know..this is my first negative review on google! So I don’t go around threatening small businesses with bad reviews😂
And don’t take it as a personal grudge and come back here with vengeance.

God just blessed me - I just noticed that you never accept your fault and you fight back with all the negative reviews about your store! Here I was trying to explain to you what went wrong during the exchange but such incidents have occurred before in your store. SO NO POINT IN TALKING TO YOU!

The worst shopping experience I have ever had!
I recently purchased clothes from this store and went back for a simple size exchange. To my shock, they flatly denied it without any valid reason. If I had asked for a refund, it was understandable—but here it was only about changing to the correct size.

When I questioned why exchanges are not allowed, instead of answering politely, the staff started raising their voices. Soon, two more people surrounded us, shouting aggressively—it literally felt like rowdyism inside the store. One of them even had the audacity to say, “This is my place, get out from here.” Such behavior is completely unacceptable and shocking. Staffs also given authority to behave like Hooliganism.

It’s very clear the owner is not from Karnataka and doesn’t even know proper Kannada. To my fellow Kannadigas—please think twice before stepping into this place. Dayavittu, hogbedi!

If you really want good quality clothes with respectful and humble service, I strongly recommend #Mini club #FirstCry #Youth Fashion. They know how to treat customers well—unlike this disgraceful store.
