I recently tried The Market - The Ritz-Carlton's Chicken Tikka, Seared Garlic, and Cheddar Cheese dish, and I must admit that I loved it! The chicken was tender, the garlic was full of flavor, and the cheddar cheese was delightfully creamy. Presentation was excellent which added to its deliciousness.
