A great place to hangout with family and friends. The model village is near Manayata Tech park. A variety of food items including regular food, snacks, tea etc are available. You may explore the entire place within 1 to 2 hours. Great for a day visit.

Wonderful place that showcases different dimensions of village life, through its thoughtfully-designed life-sized exhibits. It'll take around 3-4 hours to walk around & fully explore the place. It's thoroughly engaging for kids, parents as well as grandparents. There are also other attractions for kids such as horse ride, pottery, fish spa & so on. Highly recommended for a day's outing with family.

All statue are very good and seems live. The whole village represents a real picture of the life style of a typical village. Enjoyed very much. Good place to visit with family.

Amazing village experience with sculptures which looks like so realistic.They mentioned the theme of the sculptures too. I'm damn sure, u will get an awesome rewind to the 80s 90s as well as will get a lot of good pictures too. The place is very neat with activities like pottery, horse cart riding etc are there.

Amazing place to take your parents & kids. Craftsmanship in creating these statues is next level, one of the finest in India. They also have an only veg canteen with lot of options. Buttermilk is a must try and small shops with very affordable prices.

The best place for one time visit. Everything here is well built well maintained. The essence of the craftsmanship can be clearly seen once you visit this place. The best place to visit for the weekend. The children will have the play area to play with elders will have pottery activity and fish spa.

One can enjoy riding a bicycle going on a Tanga or roaming around looking at the heritage culture.

Food is available in place and enough cuisine to try.

Each setup is practical and simple, making it easy to imagine how these solutions can improve the quality of life for rural families.

What impressed me the most was the integration of agriculture, art, and culture within the model. The village highlights traditional farming techniques, handicrafts, and lifestyle practices of rural Karnataka, allowing visitors to appreciate the wisdom of local communities. At the same time, it shows how modern technology can enhance these practices without replacing them. This blend of tradition and innovation makes the Model Village not only educational but also culturally enriching.

For students, teachers, and researchers, the Model Village is a perfect learning space to connect theory with practical solutions. Nice place for one time visit. Good to educate kids on traditional culture and heritage. Ticket cost is expensive (200 / 250 on holidays).

It has a decent restaurant with good options. Chinese food is good at the restaurant.

They have pottery making, tanga ride, horse ride, fish massage.

Parking even on weekdays was too much ₹50 similar to weekends, though there was no crowd.

Recently visited the Model village also known as Rangoli gardens. The place is definitely worth a visit. The sculptures are so realistic and showcases a typical village life of karanataka with various professions being covered. It is a nice walk around the place and there are good tree coverings all throughout the route.
There is plenty of parking space with charges of Rs 50 for a car. Entry fees is Rs 200 on a weekend. They accept UPI payment. There are eateries inside the village along with other entertainment like pottery, horse cart riding etc.

Delightful Half-Day at the Model Village!

We spent a wonderful half-day at this village, and it was an absolute blast! 🌟 The park was clean, well-maintained, and bursting with energy. Our kids had an amazing time.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone's safety and happiness. The park's atmosphere was lively and joyful, making it perfect for a family outing.

I felt that the Pricing is slightly higher but okay for Bengaluru city!

It was a good place to visit. The price is a little high (₹200 ) as it doesn't include any activity or parking fees. There are life-like structures carved out and placed beautifully in a village-like setup. People from Village would not find it much appealing but people who never went there would definitely appraise it. There are other activities as well like pottery, cycling ( customised bicycles), games, balloon shooting, shopping, magic shows and some foods and snacks. Overall it is a good weekend place to go with family or friends.

A wonderful experience at the Model Village, Jakkur, Bangalore! It beautifully showcases village life, culture, and traditions through realistic sculptures with amazing expressions. The North Karnataka Roti Oota was delicious and truly homely.

If you are 90’s Kid and from Village background, you will remember your childhood days, they have done very good Job to showcase the village culture and how they were living in those days. It’s very good place to kids to teach our culture. Ticket cost 200 Rupees for Elders , 100 for Kids. Food courts and small shopping stalls are available.
Very big parking space for two wheelers as well 4 wheelers.

A very peaceful and cultural place. All sculptures speaks about Kannadiga culture and traditions. This place is so relatable for elders as there's pieces of nostalgia here and there and there's still some sights that capture today's Karnataka still. The entry fee is ₹250. It's worth for those who wish to know more about the past of the people in Karnataka and see life-like sculptures.
