The hotel was good but the room size was not up to mark. Service could be improved because I ordered breakfast and after 40min management informed kitchen staff not available.
This hotel is a couple friendly. You can also book a room on an hourly basis as I saw.

Recently I visited it and had a worst experience. It was a a certain amount paid to hotel and it was discussed that I will be staying till evening. This is couple friendly hotel, so I thought I can be stayed there peacefully, however after staying 2 hours, their staff started knocking the door and asked me to vacate the room immediately because another couple was waiting for room. I insisted them that I can not pay such a big amount to stay only for 2 hours but they denied and lastly I had to vacate the room. A poor service and greedy for money only. They just give rooms to couples to earn money and not worried about any reputation or service. AC also started after many requests to staff, water bottle also I had to collect from reception. Worst experience and not referring to anyone.

Average hotel.Not so good. Hotel is on main Pilibhit Road in Parking place is very less. There are many other good hotels here in Bareilly. Just avoid this 🏨 hotel. When you have other good hotels my personal opinion is that just avoid this hotel.

Room was dirty and unhygenic. Mattresses are not comfortable at all. Staff doesn't respond for anything. Even for water they let you wait for hours. In case they respond and come for your request, they will treat you like they are doing a favour as if you are staying there for free.

Pathetic stay. Always sounds and washroom was not clean. Staff is too much rude. seepage smell was in room. Metress spring was coming out from metress.they are charging a lot. This hotel is not more then 500/- per day.

So they are least concern about giving service to guest. Basic amenities are also not available in rooms like towel or pillows. Worst behaviour and attitude of staff at reception.

Rude staff, no one wants to listen to your requests or complaints. We booked the rooms for Tilak function and subsequently for the marriage for our guests to stay in. Even the rooms were not cleaned up untill the guests arrived. And when in the morning we complained to the manager, he was throwing taunts at us, rather than accepting the problems.

You will feel insulted in front of your family & kids by their way of talking & the most surprising thing is that they don't even realize that their behaviour is unacceptable.
