I recently visited Roop Sagar Bakers and was happily surprised to find that they offered a variety of vegan options. I tried their Butterscotch Pastry and it was absolutely delicious! The vegan pastry was light and flaky, with the perfect balance of sweetness from the butterscotch. I appreciate that the restaurant caters to vegans and their dishes are just as delicious as their non-vegan options. I highly recommend Roop Sagar Bakers to anyone looking for tasty
