Got new Asus laptop with very reasonable price, satisfied with their service.

Staff was friendly and they helped me a lot and as a student they helped me  get a good student discount of about 6k

All the reviews and ratings on their page look fake. The attendants and owner are extremely rude and their service is pathetic. I am writing from my two experiences with them. No customer care whatsoever. I can’t understand how they are surviving in the market with this attitude. I wish they get their lesson soon.

Got Nice deal on Asus Rog Strix G16 2023. Best shop too but asus laptop

Bad experience.
First of all they will convince you to start EMI through shopSe app, As there will be some cashback (after 3 months). And the the time of sale they will tell you to call there sales person whenever you are eligible for refund(mostly after 3 months) they told me  that "there representative will help to get the refund" from app.

Cut to  3 months later, the same sales representative will not pick up your call. And if he will pick the call he will not guide you how to get refund overall very bad experience. Try to buy product from some responsible place.

Best place to go if you want to upgrade your PC or buy new laptops. They offer the best deals you can get in the market and can get the devices at a very cheap price. I myself bought laptops from here and got my PC repaired from this place itself. The staff is very helpful and nice.
