The best aspect of it is the location from Chandigarh junction. Almost at its exit (5-10 minutes walk from station). Doesn't show up on OYO partly because of it not exactly being a total 'hotel'. One will get vibes that it is a home converted to be used as a hotel. However the stay is good here. Cannot quote rate here because it is subject to change as per negotiation.

We reached to hotel and there was no one on the reception and one guy came after 25 min and then took another 15 min for the id verification and the payment process and the room was very small and not at all like the images on booking.com
But their kitchen staff was very good and helpful that's why giving 2 stars here

one of the worst experiences of my life...... ill maintained, dirty, difficult to find....... there were no soaps in the bathroom, the tv remote didn't work, there wasn't even a bucket and a mug when we reached,no proper restaurants nearby, food  in the guesthouse was tasteless and worst of all, the staff didn't care...... the reasons i didn't rate it 1 star is because it is close to the railway station and there are high chances that even when entire Chandigarh would be booked , they might still have some rooms vacant.....

This is one of the worst hotel. For a small room with no basic amenities charged 4500 for a night. The toilet was not clean. The geyser was not working. I checked in at 2:30am and they said check out time is 12:00pm. If we are staying for even 1 hour after that we will be charged 4500 for other day. They loot money as much as they can. They have patch up with autowalas and auto guys will bring to their hotels. Never trust auto guy if he assures you of good hotel.

I could have given ratings in negative but that option is not here.

Worst experience ever ...the staff is very rude, illiterate and offensive.....they talk to you before payment and once they get payment they will not provide any service....no hand wash soap no water....and if you ask them for such services they simply say that we are the cheapest hotel....we can not provide you anything.... I would really request you to avoid this hotel ....and yes ..this is not a hotel...it's just a ground floor of a house

The worst guest/house you can ever imagine! Why?
1. Rude behaviour of a particular hotel staff who even misled me in terms of actual money/rent. I wanted a non ac room, but he willingly said, I would still have to pay the same price as in AC room. The hotel manager then came and sorted it out.

2. The room was extremely dirty. The washroom was stinking and the bathroom was filled with urine and no one bothered to wash it. The toilet seat was on a pool of urine.

3. The worst of all and the BIGGEST Reason for a Negative Feedback. Bedbugs. Yea, you are shocked right? So was I when found out I was paying hefty for a room that was already unclean, managed by rude staff and BEDBUGS are just complimentary.
I just couldn't bear the rashes and continuous biting...so, I woke up and went to the support staff. Guess what? He opened his sleepy eyes and said, "Madam, koi khatmal nahi hai"...oh yeah, I was ruining my sleep just to be happy!! So, I killed some bedbugs, took videos and photos of the actual proof but no one bothered. It was 2:30 AM and I left the hotel, ransacked the entire area all alone till 5:30.
