You can't find a place worse than this in Chandigarh.
We were on an unplanned trip and needed a hotel urgently to stay and decided to book this place. And, believe me this was our biggest mistake.
The place is so dark and dirty. The beds are damp with their wood all eaten up by insects. The Geysers don't work and even for uninterrupted water supply you need to call in the bellboy again and again.
Their is a TV in the room but the remote is missing. The wallpaper has worn out. You can even see a Lizard crawling up the window. It is difficult to find a working socket to plug in your phone.
The food, the tea and the service are all horrible. The receptionist is a madman who won't oblige. I wonder why OYO decided to associate with this 'hotel'.

Poor lighting, a congested room, and moisture were also present. Despite this, they charge hefty prices for it. Better to go to the adjoining hotel in MidTown Sector 35C.

It was the worst OYO hotel i have ever entered, the rooms are very dirty,  moreover the hotel  staff are playing in all un unoccupied rooms and and the value of money is not worth the price which is given for, such hotel  rooms should be given for less

Made a last minute booking through a friend. The staff are friendly and cordial, did not mind me ordering food which was not with them from a restaurant outside. However I felt the rooms were over priced, AC cannot be the only criteria of room rent, Anyways, stayed there for two nights and the stay was made comfortable by the staff. Since it was a business trip my needs were less. Not sure if I would come here with my family.Good Staff, Uncozy Rooms.

We confirmed our booking on the morning of arrival and when we arrived they said they had no rooms and laughed about it. The member of staff on reception was incredibly rude and kept laughing at us. He said we could go to another OYO and then we wouldn’t have to pay after standing there for 1.5 hours. When getting to a different OYO they said that wasn’t the case.||Truly terrible experience and worst customer service I’ve had in India. ||Would not recommend if you actually want a bed for the night

I recently visited the hotel and the experience was terrible. Firstly there was  no card swiping machine so i had to run for d atm to give dem d advance payment. Still keeping dis draw back aside. We were not told that there was no cable in the room. So we were unable to watch the TV. When i asked  the person at the reception counter, he half heartedly replied that cable is not working as of now but will come after some tym. We waited till 12 but i think 12 was too much for any cable operator to repair the cable connection..so i was made a fool again..on asking the person that can he atleast include a coffee n a tea in the price he offered, he first denied and then said only a tea can b offered.||The towels were in a cndition as if they were used nd not washed after d last person had used..totally stained. So all in all i paid 1500 bucks just for a room with 4 walls and thats it. ||I would definitly not recommend

it was my 4th or 5th stay here. if you are looking for cheap but decent stay at chandigarh then you can go for M and V. Rooms are nice and clean and at very good location. sometime it can be noisy on saturday night. helpful staff always.

This is a nice place in the heart of the city  there is nothing great about this hotel. Elite staff who were very helpful very resourceful I liked the good customer service from here. Try goal sweets next door for ur sweethtooth

We opt to stay at hotel m&v considering posh market n crowd of 35 but to our displease we entred room n find so many cockroches roaming all around ..we shifted to another room n it ws dampness in washroom too...so btr to compromise with pocket rather then health.
