Worst experience ever!!!
Firstly the staff tried to con me. They asked me for extra money for sim activation. And said that I can only pay in cash. When I confronted them about the bill they finally accepted that it was double the amount I was supposed to pay. That's cheating ! I would have paid them double amount if I didn't already know about the charges. This is so shameful and really bad customer service.
And the staff as well as the place was stinking. It was smelling so bad that one cannot breathe in that place. The satff there is very unhygienic.
Hope strict action would be taken towards the staff for cheating and such bad behaviour.

The store staff is not maintaining the social distancing ettiqutte at all. There are at least 6-7 people in the store at the moment when I type this. I have been standing out for more than 20 minutes and other people are just going by inside the store. No moral sense of allowing the first inline to enter first. I hope the authorities will read this and enforce the social ettiquete and when the store manager was questioned he very rudely said,"wait for 20 minutes". Lets see what action is taken against these fools.

I went to phase 1 jio store for my jio sim replacement,staff was very casual and their so called manager was busy giving feedback to staff Even when there were so many customers.I don't understand why they've hired so many people when not even a single person was interested to attend any customer.they were talking to us like they were doing any favour.Took me around 30 minutes to get the sim. No waiting area or chairs to sit.there was only 1 chair for customer and same was already occupied by staff.Jio should install CCTV CAMERA system to all their Stors to keep an eye on all the staff members since they're are not doing their jobs properly. If you have any other Store near by you I would strongly recommend not to visit there if possible.Not recommend at all for senior citizens since there is no place to sit.

This store is in phase one market near Franco hotel. Staff is polite here and recommend you the best product and service here.
I was using the Airtel sim Card and wants to port to jio. My husband already had a Jio postpaid connection and i wanted to add my number in family plan so they adviced correctly and asked to upgraded to 599 plan to get 1 free connection.

We did the same and share the voucher code from my jio app to convert the number to jio with child connection to existing number of my husband.

I ask him for my phone is stolen and please give me new sim and he says i have not that card so I am not able to give you a sim card

This jio store is cheating people they are replace jio sim for 269 ruppe with recharge if the person already have recharge then why he again recharge the are cheating because the price of replace is only 25 ruppe they are forcing customer to recharge for their own profit
