Neither the owner of this store nor the workers have any manners. They don’t even know how to speak properly. They treat customers as if they are giving things for free. Never visit this store. I have never seen an owner and staff with such bad behavior.

Very bad experience salse mens use abusive code word.. For customer.. So i suggest don't visit this .. I vist this shop three. Time.. Inka code word hai yatru jo ye customer ko bolkar abuse use karte hai..

They don't deserve even one star..first u hv to change your complete staff, yesterday me and my sister visited store and when we were checking product the complete staff makes us very uncomfortable by staring weirdly from head to toe...the shop is for girls footwear but I think you guys opened this shop for this purpose only, just respect your customer first, if you can't give respect to a women how can you expect that she will purchase something, I was really going to purchase but just because of this thing I didn't buy anything and I'll never Go to that store as well.

Very disappointing experience!
I visited Step In yesterday with a friend, and unfortunately, the behavior of both the staff and the owner was extremely rude. When I inquired about a pair of shoes, the staff bluntly told me, "These are just for showpiece."
Seriously? Is this how customers are treated?
I will never visit again, and I strongly suggest others think twice before stepping in here. Poor customer service and a terrible attitude!

Such bad customer service. They will treat you like you are some sort of beggar I guess. I asked the person behind the counter for different size of shoe there to four times  but he just bluntly ignored me. Nighter he said to wait nor did he asked any of his employees for that.
This level of mistreatment is what makes me go for branded showrooms or malls as these local shop owners look down on you.

This store is a huge rip off. They sell very cheap stuff at a significantly high cost. All stuff is chinese and of very poor quality. Their staff is also very cunning and provide very poor customer service. I will never go this store again. There are better option that are cheaper and better quality like westside store.

Very worst experience with these guys. They have no sence to handling the client and they are behaving like they are so buzy with other costomers but they don't know others are also come to buy something from there shope. And owner is also same they just dealing with only good looking girls. Very bad behaviour of shop owner and staff.

All staff busy in seeing girls in jeans and does not bother about customer who entered first and the owner is busy in watching mobile
