I recently visited Virgin Courtyard and their Pesto Roasted Chicken Salad was simply delicious! The combination of pesto and roasted chicken was delightful, while the greens and vegetables were fresh and crunchy. Highly recommend this dish if you're looking for something delicious and healthy!
