I recently dined at Nukkardhaba and was pleasantly surprised by their Chana Bhatura dish. Not only was it delicious, but it seemed to be a healthier version compared to other Indian food restaurants I've been to. The chana (chickpeas) were cooked to perfection and the bhatura (fried bread) was not greasy at all. As someone who shares their food diary online, I appreciate when restaurants offer healthy and nutritious options. I would highly recommend trying
