I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received at this Shell petrol bunk. The staff member named 'Maithreyan' failed to properly close the vehicle’s fuel cap and fuel lock even after payment was completed and the fuel cap was in thae bunk , the barricade was removed, and a signal was given to proceed.

Unfortunately, this negligence was noticed only after reaching home that the fuel cap itself missing and it was in bunk. Such carelessness is unacceptable and not something I expected from a Shell outlet. Additionally, there was no proper response or accountability when the issue was raised.

This reflects a serious lapse in duty, along with unprofessional behavior and attitude from the concerned staff member. Overall, the customer service experience was extremely poor.

Cleanliness is not upto the expected standards at other Shell Bunks. The cafeteria inside also is not well maintained.

Expecting improvement in future.

Very poor customer service.
The cashier was unprofessional and not helpful at all. I felt ignored and disrespected during my visit. It’s disappointing when staff don’t show basic courtesy or willingness to assist customers. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the business.

They even change your oil filter if you brought and give them, Oil Changing was perfect with air tight cleaning.

Just don't forget to bring the oil filter.

The Shell petrol station is exceptional. It's consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Overall, it's a top-notch choice for refueling, and I appreciate their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

No proper manners with customers.Cash counter staff (lady) is adamant with customers. Not good for keeping the regular customers.

I regularly drop by to this place to fill diesel for my 4 wheeler. Good quality fuel with great service is assured. You have a shopping place which sells lots of essentials for vehicle maintenance. I strongly recommend this for your fuel needs.

* Normal petrol Compared with other brands Price is 4 to 5 rupees high (89.5). Quality is good.
* Speed petrol is 14.5 rupees high (98.5)
* Need millage difference between  indian oil & Shell
* Need mileage difference between shell normal & Speed petrol.
* Shell oil price also approx.50 rupees high compared with online price. I purchased & changed,  then checked online.
* Need proper explanations.

Worst experience i had last week with all 3 person inside the shop. I payed via paytm and showed my mobile confirmation and gave my mobile to them but still they told they can't believe the payment until they get the sms. Then I gave my phone no. and asked them to call me in case of any issues. Very very cheap and illiterate behavior with the person sitting in the shop there. I've been putting fuel there for past 12 years but hear after not going to use this bunk.

Opens very late at 7 am. Remains closed most of the time for various reasons like pump upgrade for speed diesel, bunk repair or modifications...3rd time returning back to next fuel station...
