I had a great experience at the Oneplus Service Center in Prozone Mall. Activating my warranty was very simple and quick. The staff were friendly and helped me with everything I needed. I felt comfortable and confident that my phone was in good hands. I highly recommend this service center for anyone needing help with their Oneplus products!

Instead of 2, there is only one guy who takes the mobiles for repair.. And they take too much time to move the customer.. Inbetween they attend other customers who don`t even have token Id.. I wasted my 1 hour there just having 5 people ahead of me.. Very late.. No proper response

Very poor after-sales service from OnePlus TV

I strongly advise against purchasing a OnePlus TV due to their poor after-sales service.

I registered a service complaint with OnePlus customer care because my TV display stopped working. he asked to pay RS 900 in advance for site visit.. I refused to pay before..

After 4 days, a service technician named Prasanna (Coimbatore) contacted me. After I explained the issue, he informed me that the service charge would be ₹8,800.
When I questioned the high cost, he said the entire board must be replaced and that backlights are not available separately, so replacement of the full board is mandatory. However, the same backlights are available locally for around ₹3,000, which makes this explanation questionable.

Additionally, the technician’s attitude was  unprofessional. I was told bluntly to either accept the cost or cancel the complaint.

This experience shows how OnePlus treats customers after the warranty period. The service process feels unfair and misleading. Overall, I am very unhappy with OnePlus service and feel that customers are being overcharged.

So I need to proceed this next..

This year I have purchased 13R and 13S. The experience is great using indian made products.

I recently broke the screen of my 2 year old OnePlus 5T and have them replaced here. Their service was excellent and quick. I got it replaced within 1 hour and now the mobile phone is working fine.

The technicians are very professional in their approach and also informative. They are one of the authorized service centers for OnePlus mobiles in Coimbatore. I got their details and address from the OnePlus website.

For those who wants their OnePlus devices serviced kindly be advised that there are number of other service centers who has enrolled as OnePlus Service Centers in the City but they actually ain't authorized dealers, so please be careful.

I am pretty satisfied with their service.

Battery Replaced, But Long Waiting Time
I visited the OnePlus showroom to change my battery. While the replacement was done properly, I had to wait for over 2 hours even though the process itself didn’t take that long. Staff were polite, but the waiting time could be managed better.

One of the best place to purchase the OnePlus products (Phones, Television & Accessories). Great customer support. All staff are well knowledgeable with friendly manner.

Bought OnePlus 9RT here three weeks back. Totally satisfied with the product, the staffs were so polite and explained about the specifications of the mobile clearly in a manner which can be understood by all. Just go for it🥳🖤

Worst experience I have seen this showroom I have purchase one plus neckband in 100ft showroom still now no one send the bill copy and warranty bill right now i have called the show room and I asked the person still now no one reply to me worst showroom

No experience provided, stepped in and no greetings, he was looking at me to ask a question, I did not step into a shop to enquire, wanted to experience their device, been a OnePlus customer for the past 6 years and all 3 in our family use a OnePlus.

Somewhere the customer experience at brand showrooms are becoming poor, getting a customer walking in itself a gift, they should look at grabbing the opportunity

This service center not accept one plus earphone....but there mentioned by owner line of products....but they are not accepting the service

Mr. Kirubakaran delivered an impeccable and detailed explanation. I am genuinely grateful for his unwavering patience, as I had numerous questions to ask.

There is no response and the service is inappropriate!!!!! I purchased a OnePlus TV from this store on October 23, 2022 (Sunday), but there has been no response for installation. I have called repeatedly to inquire about the installation process, and the store manager promised to send the technicians' contact information, but there has been no word as of yet.

Tried to call but no-one attends the call. Why do you publish your phone number in public domain when u don't want to attend.

You have to look carefully for the board to find this place. Has a sufficiently large waiting area with chairs if you had to wait for your phone to be repaired. The space is not very tidy looking but gets the job done. I would have expected better from OnePlus.

Not the authorised one plus service center. Don't go here!! I changed my battery here, he said it's original, I didn't know it wasn't the authorised service centre that time, I came back and checked that the battery health was only 78% and it wasn't original. Man he got the same price for the battery as original and lied to me that its original..go to prozone for your one plus service.

Very poor customer service and staffs are worst behavior

My kind advice don’t purchase any one plus accessories because after one year warranty period they don’t have repair options it means that I wanna through my EarPod into dustbin they didn’t mention about this terms and conditions in website and invoice. Even If you are ready to pay also they don’t have service in coimbatore

The staff over there were very polite and explained all the queries I had...

Great place and got the phone within 15 minutes of entering the shop, the phone prices were 1000 less than other places
