Disappointed with biased treatment at Max Showroom

I visited Max Showroom today(14Apr2025) to purchase some clothes. While billing, I handed over my items and was waiting for my turn, the billing staff ignored me and prioritized someone who had just arrived. When I questioned this, they casually said that they were giving importance to Hindi-speaking customers.

This was shocking and extremely disappointing, especially in a store located in Tamil Nadu. Every customer deserves equal respect and service, regardless of language. Such biased behavior is unacceptable. I’ve always liked shopping at Max, but today’s experience has made me reconsider.

Hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff to treat all customers fairly.

I had a good experience visiting this Max showroom. Govind was very helpful to us in choosing the right garments and also explained the various offers and benefits in detail. I really appreciate his patience towards the customers.

Have a visit today and brought 3 tops for my mom from their good collections. Staff associate kavi was friendly and support us in selecting, billing and delivery. Had great discount and coupon voucher for next visit too 🥰 looking forward to purchase more.

I visited the max shop two times. Had good experience. Please add more collections and varieties. Their budget slippers are really good. U can get good ones at 200.

My visit to Max Showroom at Prozone Mall was nothing short of delightful. The spacious and well-organized layout made for a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. The variety of clothing options for men, women, and children exceeded my expectations.

It is a very nice place to buy clothes. It has redimade clothes of good quality and beautiful design. I rate It four because there were not many collections as I was expecting.

I like max garments , they have a choice , price is good and quality too.

Better price range, collections are limited. Good  and polite staffs. Happy that MAX is giving oppurtunity for differently abled persons as their staffs. 4 satrs is for price range and 5 stars for the management for deploying special persons as their staffs.

I was trying for sports wear like sleeveless banians. Not more collections. Two wheeler parking was difficult. Floor was not even. Felt difficult to park and move heavy vehicle like bullet.

The collection are very beautiful. Everything is good but one thing is left.that is interaction with customers. The customers who are new to the shop should be guided as friend. So next they would come back again .change these simple things

A staple shop to visit for a nice collection of western wear. The clothes are slightly pricey, but totally worth the money.

Surprisingly, it lacks a wide collection of ehtnic wears this time. The air conditioning of the shop was switched off due to the pandemic situation, but no other alternatives were present for ventilation. Hence the overall shopping experience was unpleasant.

Collections are good. I faced issues with GPay option. The staffs there insisted to provide cash or card only. Contactless payments is promoted everywhere. So Max people should work on such things to set it right.

I purchased a track pant a month ago to do gym workouts. I used only twice and I could see a whole in the pant. Stitches are also loosening. I couldn't use and I spent 700 rupees.

Even in summer time they keep ac in 24 which feels very warm inside showroom making shopping very unpleasant. No response on concern raised.

I strongly disapprove of people who are going there for purchase.

I buy dresses rupees 5317.30 on 2nd February 2022. I paid the amount through PhonePe. Paid. Transaction Completed and a text message coming from bank too.

Billing persons said it’s not received in our account, so you have to pay again. I spent almost 2hrs to buy to dresses for my wife. I worried of spending time in a wrong place.

Again I paid the same amount and my account almost credited double.

I posted this 8th February, my payment not debit back to my account. It’s really a worst service to their customers.

Max foundation and the Franchise owner should ashamed of their poor service using a big brand name.

This is ridiculous. Purchased on 02-02-2022 now 11-02-2022 “one week gone not return my money”

Has been a privileged customer of max for almost 5 years addicted to it's unique collections. But now a days it has become outdated it seems. Showcasing backlogged collections quite disappointed with a brand like max..
