April 6th, 2026, at around 9:30 PM, the delivery executive called me for the exact location. Just 15 minutes later, I received a call from customer care stating that I was unavailable at the location, leading to the order cancellation. They suggested rescheduling, which I did for April 7th. However, I still haven't received my order as of now. I tried contacting the delivery executive, but my number was blocked. The service of this company is really poor. I don’t know what kind of people they hire and what kind of training they gave. The delivery man has been a no-show for almost 3 days now. He has been giving us lies that he will drop off the parcel at 2pm. But he haven’t been dropping it off nor picking up the call. Again, he said the same thing today. I don’t know what happened to customer’s satisfaction? Either close down your company or improve the quality of your services

Unprofessional Behavior by Xpressbees Delivery Agent Raghuveer I had a disappointing experience with Xpressbees delivery agent Raghuveer. His attitude was unprofessional and far from customer-friendly. Despite trying to communicate politely, he was rude and unwilling to cooperate. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-focused service. Xpressbees should train their staff better to ensure a positive customer experience. I hope they address this issue seriously.

Worst experience ever. Like said by few others, they DONT pick up our calls. Even worser when they dont make an attempt to pick up my product, but then send message saying that they did . I did not choose to use ecom express. Had a scheduled pick up of a Flipkart product that has to be replaced. If given a choice i will never ever go for this courier service. And i wudnt suggest this to anyone either.

Seriously very very very bad service.....never expected this frok Ecom Express courier service......my product is been shipped to ecom courier office but they haven't delivered it yet......from past three days you're Ecom express courier team says that they will be delivering my product in the evening.......no wonder which evening they meant!!!!!!! Hated it..
