I recently visited 1 Bake Shop and was happy to find that they had some great gluten-free options. I tried the Rose Pastry and it was delicious! The crust was perfectly flaky and the filling had just the right amount of sweetness. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I appreciate when restaurants offer tasty options for me.
