Shubham Computer gave a false commitment regarding the warranty for a DELL keyboard set. The executive promised an immediate, piece to piece replacement for any issues. However, when I returned to the shop to claim the warranty, they repeatedly postponed the service, citing general delays and the Diwali festival. They have now confirmed that an immediate replacement will not be provided, and the process will take 8 to 10 days.

They misplaced the instruments parts and saying not repairable and removes one part from one pc or laptop and patch on others.

Vary bad experience given laptop for body change, but new body is not properly fitted , hard disk is not working properly . take time too.

I visited to shubham computers for my laptop repair, service provided by technical support is as follows:
Firstly he rectified the problem and replaced the LCD screen ET cable which he took from scrap laptop. But after checking the cable was working fine.
He charged me 800rs for cable and 200 rs as repair charges in total i paid rs 1000.
Later on i checked the price for the cable on amazon i found the price as 449 rs and actually he charged me 800 rs for old used cable.

If you live in Dhule only then order products if you live in another village please don't order anything why I am saying because I ordered a laptop hp pavilion x360 no any service man came even the delivery boy says that I have to go to a particular place to receive the laptop and also pay to him that he has delivered that. No any service available except his shop.

Nice shop in Dhule but you didn't get every model but they can order it I have ordered a laptop as I live in other town let's see hows the model.

I visiting shubham computer when l want dvdwritter & sata cable (for PC) but she's not respond. I wetting 15-20 min. Not for castmer value.
Lg dvdwritter ₹-1200/ & sata cables is not available.
Im not purchase.
She's on Amazon price is₹950/ (LG dvdwritter+2 sata cables + 1 year warranty.)

Very Bad service.. Do not purchase anything from here, they do not know how to talk to clients.

Worst experience ever..the service is very poor...don't buy from here the owner is rude don't treat you well and fraud he will tell you..he has availability of pc , laptop and after giving token amount...no delivery and no response after 1 month he will tell we don't have that laptop and tell you to buy another laptop with costlier price .....also price is higher than another shops
