Found a piece of rubber/plastic hidden inside a truffle. For the premium prices they charge on chocolates, surely this is not expected.

Definitely not recommended, don't know what they are mixing in their chocolates. Throwing the rest away and reporting to health department.

Didn't see any Indians there but a bunch of foreign tourists were there. Hope they are alive after eating this poison

They use real chocolate for making hot chocolate and not chocolate powder .  From an international hot chocolate point of view I felt it’s too over sweet .

Also, all the chocolate drinks and chocolate mousse had a “Termite sieved “ taste which is not good .  I informed about this , to them aswell.

Price is cheap and affordable  for a real chocolate drink .

It's a quaint Shop located on Banerjee street on way to central Police station.

I had a cold chocolate 🍫 and it's was nice & filling ❤️
Enjoyed it thoroughly. Rest eating options aren't much and the chocolate are expensive 🫰
It's personal choice though. I felt the cold chocolate was worth it.
Sitting is upstairs n down only one table so very limited.
Parking space not there 😐

I'm from Mahe and my Loved ones from ernakulam recently gifted me the chocolate mousse and brownie from cocoacraft cafe, and I loved it so much I haven't visited the cafe yet, and the brownie was love at first bite I was impressed that they use only original ingredients, no artificial colors or anything It's so refreshing to see a cafe prioritizing quality like that I want to visit the cafe when I reach ernakulam. The flavours were so rich and authentic and the packing was so nice ❤️ He travelled 7 hr and nothing happened to packing and it was perfectly packed 👌

We tried hot chocolate and brownie. Both were great. For hot chocolate they have options for percentage of chocolate. We chose 52% and it was just perfect.Not too sweet. Brownie had some chocolate syrup which was too sweet. Loved the ambiance too. Its a lovely place

I bought 15days before dark chocolate couverture and milk chocolate couverture and white chocolate seriously this is not feel that real chocolate flavour i usually buy van houtan and other local brand but this cococraft is waste my customers are start complaining ur cakes and brownies coming bad smell of chocolate we not even feel the chocolate like that.. I am money waste time. Waste.

I bought local brand of dark chocolate and prepare cakes and brownies and sent to my customer free of cost. For me my customer is important

Good space and the products are a bit costly, the ambience was okay, there are two floors for the cafe. 🥐🥨

Delicious bean-to-bar chocolate. We had hot chocolate (52% and 70%) for a snack and bought some bars for later. Nice space, friendly staff and (bonus) clean washrooms. Highly recommend for a nice break!

The ambience was good and clean. The cold chocolate was tasty and satisfying, definitely worth a try.

Cocoacraft chocolate factory is an amazing place for the chocolate lovers. The shop offers a variety of chocolate delights with affordable prices. They also have a great selection of premium chocolates to purchase. The only downside is the challenging parking situation.

Awesome and unique place to indulge your sweet tooth with really special delicacies. Also a good space for groups to be lost in chit-chats. Owners should aim to make this 'Ghirardelli' of Cochin!! Increase the menu  with smaller fast moving kind of items. Good guidance from the staff from taste and kids perspective.... All the best....... Keep going ahead....

For anyone planning to buy it... please don’t waste your money. The box is extremely small, in box chocolates 50% are milk 'white/milk' ones, and overall very disappointing.

I hope the owner reads this review and at least considers refunding half of my hard-earned money that went into buying this overpriced chocolate gift box.

What was meant to be a surprise turned out to be a completely horrible experience... :(

Cocoacraft chocolate factory is a must-visit for any chocolate lover! The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. They offer a wide selection of delicious chocolates at reasonable prices

A small cozy and calm place. We ordered 70% Hot chocolate with milk, Cold chocolate, Dark chocolate mousse and Belgium waffle with ice cream. Waffle tasted average. Every other item was really delicious. Cold chocolate became a favorite. We'll definitely recommend and visit the place again. Also you can find cocoacraft chocolate bars in Ashis Supermarket.

Tasty chocolates and cookies. The pastries are also delicious.

I tried their hot chocolate. Unfortunately I chose 75% or 70% dark chocolate. If you love dark chocolate you can opt for this. But, If you want it a lil sweet go for the 55% one. The flavour and aroma was simply awesome

The ambience and the calm atmosphere inside this place is absolutely soothing and I highly recommend for chocolate lovers and couple's 😂 cause u should really try the brownie with your loved ones

Undoubtedly, the best place to have dark chocolate coffee and also chocolates.
I ordered:

2. Hot Chocolate coffee
3. 92% dark chocolate
4. 52% medium chocolate

Near to Marine Drive and what a lovely place to sip dark chocolate coffee.
Worth trying here.
