I recently had the pleasure of dining at Banjara and I have to say, their Masala Uttapam is out of this world! As a vegan, I appreciate restaurants that offer delicious plant-based options and Banjara did not disappoint. The uttapam was perfectly crispy and filled with flavorful veggies. I had a great lunch today from Banjara - steamed idli with podi ghee. The idli was cooked to perfection - soft and flavourful with just the right amount of spice. And the podi ghee was so creamy and delicious. Highly recommend their delivery! The packaging was great too - kept the food warm and intact. Go for it!
