I recently visited Indian Summer and was surprised to find that they had options for those following a Paleo diet. I tried their Dal Makhani with Butter Kulcha and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were authentic and the quality of ingredients used was evident. As someone who shares their Paleo diet experiences on social platforms, I can confidently say that this restaurant offers some great options that are both healthy and tasty. Highly recommend for anyone looking for Paleo-friendly Indian food.
