My iPhone was not charging, and although I was advised it had been fixed at the Apple repair centre, unfortunately this was not the case. After reading positive reviews, I decided to try Apple Bite Communications—and I’m so glad I did.

Rajesh was professional, knowledgeable, and honest, while Sahil kept me updated by email since I had no phone at the time. The charging section needed to be replaced, and the repair was carried out quickly at a reasonable price.

I only wish I had gone to them first! I would highly recommend their services—their professionalism, clear communication, and the guarantee of their repair gave me complete peace of mind.

Okay so my phone started restarting every 3 minutes. Searched through the internet to find a apple service center nearby. Found this guy & he was damn confident he’ll fix it. It took him a good 4 hours to replace the faulty part but my phone is as good as new.
We were a little sceptical before about the place, but the place is genuinely apple certified so go ahead without any doubts.

UPDATE after 2 months: my phone started glitching due the part we replaced. Went to a apple store in our own city, turns out the part which was replaced is fake (invoice provided by apple bites, also fake. Warranty: HAHAHA) We paid almost 9k to apple bites for repair, but the actual apple guy told us that the same service would’ve been provided in just 1.5k at any local repair shop.

So yes, this is not an Apple certified store. BEWARE: THEY ARE JUST OVERCHARGING THE TOURISTS.

I had to get a new phone after this.

My iphone had serious water damage and I thought lt was gone but the phone works perfectly now honest service quick repair and truly relieved. Highly recommended

They are not authorised, but certified. Mac is not repaired and broken. I am doubting it got more damaged after giving them, maybe some part replace with duplicate. Fraud

They are big fraud, charge extra fees than authorised service center. Even after service it wont reflect in other authorised service center which I visited afterwards. This is same as local shops. Be aware & take proper receipts in case you have to go

This is basically a apple certified service center. My phone got in sea water and the only issue is it shows there is liquid detecting in connector.   They repaired it immediately but the cost is too high.  They charge me ₹6000 for this simple probem.  ₹2500 for service charge and ₹3500 for part replacement.

Awesome service  , my iPhone 14 is water logged and i came to this shop via google , first they said they will try with service and it will take 2 hrs , after waiting for 2 hrs and lots of discussion with the staff , finally my iPhone 14 was on , Trust me I’m so happy with the genuine customer service and staff was very polite and nice talking , Highly recommended this store , Thank us a lot guys…..Great job 👍🏻

First of all cost is too much, they took 2500 rs just for diagnosis. I came back to pune and in IPoint care they are only charging 500rs for diagnosis. Also there is no assurance that your phone will be repaired. If you are staying in goa for a few days please go back to your home town and repair from authorized apple care. In their job sheet they mentioned that they are not an authorised service center they are just certified to perform repair on apple products.  Don't panic and don't make decisions right away.  For my iphone they said they bypass proximity sensor but it wasn't done properly and they cost 1500 for that which is not working and also there was problem with charging port and they said they repaired it which cost for 3500, now i showed it here so they said no work is done on that section. Shame on you people just speaking sweetly and looting innocent customers.
