Bought a lg phone on flipkart in April.  A week later it fell And screen broke. Today they called me 3 months later with a 27k bill on an under warranty 29k phone. Never make the mistake of buying lg. Their service is the worst in India. Life is good before lg and their hassles make life bad.  Don't believe me see the Samsung service center ratings and compare with these.

Very Bad Experience - I have bought 2 Llyod 1.5 Tons Split AC and the installation was carried out by amateurs allocated by Essential Electronics who did not know to advice how the AC should be installed in the location best fitted. Very BAD experience with essential Electronics in Porvorim. After the Installation  the AC would not give the required cooling temperature which took 2 weeks after follow up to send a Technician from Llyod Company . Llyod Technician immediately found the fault of pinched copper pipe over the bend which is not circulating the gas properly which is giving not giving the efficiency to cool as required. Lloyd Service centre have now informed Essential Electronics to re-install the copper tubes so that this can be rectified. Am waiting for this to happen after which if rectified will re-send a post on this issue 16 Jun 2020

I wanted to buy a Washing Machine. After checking online, local stores and Croma, I visited this store at Porvorim. I was looking out for top load washing machine. On visit Mr Amin guided me about the advantages of a front loading machine in detail, I got to know things I never knew about the machines. Surprisingly the rate was also in comparison with Croma and online and I got additional cash back also.
The product was installed the next with very courteous and efficient service. Excellent Demo and Best Service I hace seen in recent years

I would recommed Essential Electronics to everyone planning to buy white goods. These people are Knowledgeable, Courteous and Helpful,.

I wish them all the Success in life and Millions of satisfied customers like me. Since my washibg machine purchase, I have already bought a Fridge, Microwave and a Water Filter from them

Very bad after sale experience. When they need the product to be sold they will be after you. But when the product is sold to you, you become non-existent to them.

Better to buy your product from some other place. Maybe try croma it's quite near from this place.

I purchase LG TV Dt 4.9.2020 , but it is still not  yet installed properly ( wall mount ) . I suggest never purchase LG product as after sales service very very bad . Even after calling them several times they are not installing .I called their manager also still no positive response .

Ordered 2 nos microwave oven from them.
Ordered the top of line 32L touch model but
they sent wrong and duplicate product. When questioned they blame everyone else but don't accept their mistake.

DONOT BUY FROM THEM.

Sold me a defected LG 4K television for 68k and first delayed my complains and then refused  to replace even after complaining on 4th day of purchase.. their arrogant owner's slogan is "WE ONLY SELL!! " its more then 1 year now and I am still struggling and begging LG service center to repair it..

Ordered a fridge and 2 ACs from here. So far after sales service has been quick and reasonably priced. I hope the service always remains the same.
