I was searching for a water purifier for my client in Goa.Not sure myself which model to go for, I directly contacted the Croma store in Mapusa,Goa.There I was connected to a Akshata who has given me an amazing support in filtering the models,help me understand the specifications and let my client know which would be the appropriate one to purchase.Akshata extended a lovely support for the installation service as well as I had requested her that my client would be in Goa in a couple of days and I had to handover the site.Akshata along with the supporting team has done a wonderful job.Thanks to her and to all those who were involved in the process.

We have purchased Smart tv 43 inch from mapusa croma.

They have delivered the tv  But installation has not been done yet,

Time was given after purchasing smart tv  within 48hours the company would send for installing, now it's become more than 48hours, yet no one has come.
almost 25 day delay

It's a bad service, and we are waiting for it, when they will come and do the installation.

We recently purchased two geysers from Chroma Mapusa and requested early installation. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The service was truly impressive — the installation was completed within the required time without any much follow-ups needed. Really happy with the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Their sales team does the work neatly, but their after sales service is pathetic...Do not buy anything of Chroma brand... i had bad experience buying one...this brand is untrustable and appliances do not last long...I bought an instant geyser and it broke down within a year...i had to make multiple calls and daily follow ups for the service request and even now they haven't come see the fault (it has crossed 2 weeks since the complaint)...Geysers are supposed to be sturdy, even a local brand lasts for years, however, chroma did a great job making worst possible appliances in the world...PS: customersupport@chroma.com mail ID is not valid, so if the response to this review is "mail us at above emai ID to address the issue", then you may likely be fooled by the chroma mapusa owner, Hence Proceed with caution when you buy from MAPUSA Chroma and hope it never gets any issue...Coz, if it does, your patience will be tested...

I wanted a simple Micro SD card to expand my phone's storage:
- Not sold in this Croma.
- Not sold in all of Goa.

Was told to order online as it's available on the online store:
- No deliveries throughout Goa.
- No deliveries even to Mumbai.

I had to finally get it from Mapusa market. What kind of electronic store doesn't have an SD card? I had the same experience with a 4K Amazon Fire Stick.

It seemed the staff was more concerned with attending phone calls than helping the customers present. One employee even dismissed me with a hand gesture and indicated that he is not the person I was looking for when I asked for his name.

Croma is a great experience everytime. It's just that I do expect them to add more value by adding small gestures to enhance the instore experience by giving small gifts for instore purchases.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Karaswada mapusa goa branch due to the behavior of two staff members, Swapnil and Aaron. When I politely asked about a product, they outright refused to show it and instead told me to “first buy the product and then check,” which is unacceptable.

One of my staff members had already been shown the product earlier, yet these two refused when I personally inquired. I also asked Aaron (who falsely claimed to be the store manager, though he is only a staff member) what would happen if I purchased the item and it didn’t work — but he had no answer. Instead of assisting, he was arrogant and dismissive.

To make matters worse, Swapnil stepped in not to help, but to argue with me, showing complete lack of professionalism. Both behaved as though they were the managers or owners of the company, when in reality they are just staff. They lacked patience, respect, and basic customer service etiquette. Their attitude gave the impression that they were more interested in showing authority than in helping a customer.

This kind of behavior leaves a very negative impression of the store. Customers expect respect, transparency, and support — not arrogance and false claims.

I request the concern authority to take the legal action on this 2 staff inspite of manger present in the store they are claiming that they are the manager also they judge the people also if customer comes simple they won't entertain you also they treat like slaves but if you come in high hand car they will treat them like king

Afsana was super friendly and very helpful with our choice, she also over and above to get our product delivered in the day rather than 2 days later. I would definitely recommend Croma Mapusa for better prices and even better service.

Akshata was super helpful in guiding me to choose the right water purifier for my needs. Their service was excellent, and she was very polite and patient in answering all my queries.

Visited the store today to purchase a fridge. Ma'am Aditi was really helpful and patient and im very impressed by her, hence I would like to mention her in this review. Looking forward to visit the store again

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment after my recent visit to the Croma store. I went there to purchase a new phone, expecting professional service and basic courtesy, but instead, I walked out with a bitter experience and an irrecoverable loss of all my personal data.

I had very clearly told the staff multiple times not to reset my old phone until my data was properly cloned and transferred. This was extremely important to me, as my phone contained not just contacts, but also years of photos, documents, and other valuable personal and work-related information. Despite repeating this instruction, the staff went ahead and reset the phone without cloning it. As a result, everything I had stored in my old device was wiped out permanently.

What’s even worse is the attitude shown by the staff. They simply brushed it off as if it was a small error, without realizing the huge inconvenience and emotional stress caused to me. Losing years of data because of negligence is not a “small mistake” – it is a major failure in professionalism communication gap and customer service.

I trusted Croma for a smooth and safe purchase process, but instead I got carelessness and disregard for customer concerns. If a customer clearly instructs staff to wait before formatting or resetting a device, how can trained professionals completely ignore it? This shows not only lack of training but also a shocking level of irresponsibility.

I am extremely dissatisfied and regret choosing this store for my phone purchase. A reputed brand like Croma should know better and treat customer data with utmost importance. My trust in this brand has been completely shaken, and I strongly caution others to think twice before relying on Croma staff for handling your devices. Double-check everything yourself, because they clearly cannot be trusted to follow basic instructions.

This incident has caused me financial loss, emotional distress, and complete frustration, and the least I expected was accountability – which was also missing. I will be sharing this experience widely so that other customers are aware of such negligence.

Croma, you need to take responsibility, train your staff properly, and ensure that no other customer has to go through what I did. For me, this was the worst experience ever with a retail store, and I will not be returning.

We took mobile nd they don't have charger Worst Croma store in mapusa they are convencing people to take mobile and they don't have charger of that phone what nonsense is this one staff are saying used another mobile charger nd another staff is saying order from Flipkart please don't buy anything from Croma store mapusa.

I had purchased a Samsung phone from Croma Mapusa, and after using it for a few days, it started showing some issues. I contacted the Samsung service centre, but unfortunately, they were not very helpful. I then reached out to Rahul, the sales executive who assisted me during my purchase. He was extremely helpful and coordinated with the Samsung service centre on my behalf. Thanks to his efforts, my phone was successfully replaced. I truly appreciate his support and professionalism.

worst place ever I bought a fridge last year before my new house inauguration the fridge which we received was damaged the door of the fridge had a dent in it ... it was than replaced yet after exactly 1year the fridge was giving problem it wasn't getting cool nd we had to buy new fridge we called the coustomer care of croma no one helped us ... it was a very bad experience... don't buy anything from this place 👎🏻👎🏻

Sorry to say but had bad experience with mapusa croma staff. Walked in for iphone and they sent me to one person and that person was not ready to give me more information or don't wanted to sell product on basis of my appearance he might not have helped me . But please don't judge people by look just be a sales person and sell product. Giving money is part of customer.wont visit again.
