Very bad service from mapusa Sangeetha mobiles as they don't show intrest while attending customer neither they give discounts which are applicable on the model which we bought ,and even bill is not given at the same time.

The staff was great the executive were very helpful and answered all queries the store was very clean and after sales service is very good.

Worst experience! I had purchased mobile last year with warranty insurance of one year which was supposed to get cash back after one year. So after one year I approach stores, same code was generated, while cash back is still not made even after 3 months of generation of codes. No support also no reasolve of issue. Also mailed to service center ID mail response is all service providers are away.

Its one of the worst shop in Mapusa,I recommend not to buy goods from there coz they sell the products which they only can't guarantee you n simply they tell it under guarantee n their connection with the service centre is so poor.
Suppose you purchase something from store and it's covered under guarantee and you give the same to repair the goods and then the service centre  gives you a different product it so ridiculous worse and lack of poor connections with the service centre.
I recommend not to buy from there.
When we ask the shops they directly say that they have no connections with service centre if they don't have connection then why the hell are u all selling the goods of the brand.
Worse coordination with staff.

IT was our anniversary today and Manisha our customer representative was absolutely fabulous...she was patient and Very Very loving. We bought 1plus Phone and smart watch from the store all'thanks to her guidance. A Big thank you
