I frequently visit the pharmacy. I am also having membership. I always do my payment  via card or UPI. everytime i want to reedm my  health points, The staff tells me to pay for the medicine by cash. Thus I am unable to reedem points if i pay by card or UPI. kindly resolve my issue.

Useless staff. They just ignore you and so also all of them attend one customer at the same time . And even if u tried to get through them they tell you to wait.

Worst service, not being attend for mor the 10min. If ther are 3 customer and 5 staff, all 5 staffs busy attending that 3 customer and attending the 4 customer even if we waited mor then 10min. Please they have attitude problem🙄.

Rude behavior by one of the staff upon asking about HC redemption done, which was not explained before paying the bill, didn't refund & used harsh language. They dont have basic ethics how to deal with customers.Would refrain going back here.

Completely reckless service.. have given extra medicine of one kind and completely forgotten to give another kind of medicine.. while the prescription is in their hands.. but still can't give proper medicines.. such situations have happened about 2 times..
